Relax in a cozy modern "treehouse" just a stone's throw from Weaverville's Lake Louise and a 10 minute walk to downtown Weaverville. Enjoy local breweries, coffee shops and bakeries, art galleries, and visit the local wine shop, pizzeria and restaurants. The perfect location for a visit to downtown Asheville.
Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee from the back deck in complete privacy or relax in the living space with a great book, enjoying the view and the birds in the trees.
Settle in to a relaxing shower with a large rain head and operable window to enjoy the outdoor air. Rest in a luxurious king size bed, with featherbed and oh so soft linens.
The "treehouse" includes a full kitchen to allow guests the option to cook meals or prepare snacks .
All new construction
On property with the owners but completely separate and guests have full studio and complete privacy.

Well designed with great decor. Much care and effort was put into this small house and it shows. Very close to the cute downtown area of Weaverville and a short drive to Asheville. The hosts were warm and charming and a delicious welcoming treat greeted us upon arrival. Even the rain could not ruin our wonderful weekend.

Lovely city style accommodations in the countryside.

We were very pleased with the stylish, cozy, and comfortable accommodations near the quaint downtown area of Weaverville. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and we will certainly be back to visit. Highly recommended!

What a gem! We loved everything about this rental and I can't say enough good things! The home was immaculately clean, stocked to the brim with anything we needed, and what an awesome location with proximity to Asheville. The hosts have added so many special touches. We had fresh hydrangeas and tulips in vases, local bread and fudge, candy, and plenty of water in the fridge upon our arrival. Chad and Sara are wonderful hosts and very quick to respond to messages. We would love to come back!

In Weaverville to visit friends when we found this wonderful studio within walking distance of them. This space is so well designed and furnished to perfection. The host thought of everything to make us feel like we’ve arrived at a place we’ve only dreamt of. We are so looking forward to our return trip in the future.

Modern and Cozy

We were in the area doing some salvage work for our folks place, which was a difficult time personally. The studio was beautifully curated with Christmas decor that was a welcome cozy surprise to “come home to”. Excellent stocked kitchen and bath, well designed space. Terrific communication with the owner. More than we expected and that made a difference for us during this difficult time!

Cozy Modern Treehouse

Rented the Cozy Modern Treehouse for my daughter and her fiancé for 4 nights leading up to their Saturday nuptials in beautiful Weaverville, NC, just minutes outside Asheville. Found this awesome little getaway for 2 that was a mile from the wedding location. From day one the communication between Chad and I couldn't have been any better. Chad allowed for an earlier check-out and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. My daughter just raved about the accommodations. She loved it and said it was the perfect choice for what turned out to be an incredible weekend! 5 stars!!! Thank you, Chad!
