This cottage is exactly how it is described.....cozy! Extremely inviting and relaxing and conveniently close to downtown Asheville. The owners thought of everything, even had a bottle of wine chilled for us when we got there. Will definitely be back!!
The cottage is great; the living space was roomier than we expected from the photos.
Location is five minutes from downtown Weaverville and easy Interstate access to Asheville, but backs up to woods.
Very relaxing spot to unwind, we will stay again on future trips.
Absolutely charming private place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Close enough to Asheville where we spent our days. The owners thought of everything to give you that Five Star feeling, from Bath robes, ample blankets, chocolate on your pillow, tea and coffee and a bottle of wine. Their location is just breath taking. Almost felt like we were in a tree house above everything with just a beautiful view of the landscape. Would definitely recommend this place to just get away from town and relax. Janie and John were fantastic and very accommodating.
The cabin is very well appointed and has everything you will need to enjoy a stay in the NC mountains. It is in a quiet location just outside the charming town of Weaverville. We enjoyed the scenery and quiet setting. It was hard to leave!
Exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
We spent 8 glorious days at the cozy cottage. We visited our son, daughter-in-law and our sweet 4 year
old grandson. The cottage was a 5 minute drive to their home. The cottage was the perfect place for us we would definitely recommend and we plan to rent it again. Janie and her husband were the perfect hosts.
Must see places include the Biltmore Estate. Discounted tickets are available. Of other interest is Chimney Rock, Mt Pisgah, Hot Springs, Mt Mitchell (the highest peak east of the Mississippi, the Great Smokey Mountains, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Another interesting town is our own, Weaverville, along with Black Mountain, Brevard and Hendersonville
