Thank you so much! We are so thrilled to hear that Three Suite Retreat felt like such a clean and homey place to stay and that you loved your time there! That truly means the world to us! We also sincerely appreciate you flagging the pool table rail, the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom, and the running toilet -- those are exactly the kinds of details we want to know about and we will be getting our maintenance team on all three right away so they are taken care of well before your next visit. We would love to welcome you and your group back -- whether at Three Suite Retreat or one of our other cabins -- the next time the Smokies are calling your name. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

So glad you enjoyed the chalet. Hope to see you again soon!

We apologize for the issues that arose at the start of your stay, Jonathan, but we're glad we were able to get you squared away! Come see us again soon!

Thank you for your review of Three Suite Retreat and your kind words about our staff. So glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again.

We agree with , what a view! One of the best on the mountain and the spaciousness of the chalet is definitely another reason to make this your top choice. We appreciate you choosing Mountain Laurel as your vacation destination.

Thank you for your review of Three Suite Retreat. We agree the chalet has a great view and a relaxing deck. Hope to see you again soon.

Kim, we always love to hear when our guests love a unit enough to book it again! At Mountain Laurel we always strive to exceed our guest expectations and treat them like family, so it is great to hear that you all continue to have a great experience with us. We cannot wait to see you all in a few months.

Johnna, thanks for the review and we are glad you had a good time at Three Suite Retreat. We are sorry to hear you had problems with the internet service while you were here. It is usually very reliable, so there must have been something going on that needed repaired/rebooted. Please let us know next time you have any problems and we will be happy to help. It was a lovely snow and typical of early December. Beautiful snow scenes in the trees and open area, but not on the roads! Wish they could all be that way. We hope you are able to come back to the Smokies again soon.

We truly appreciate your loyalty and we think Pam is awesome too! We look forward to see you again.

Thanks for your comments and welcome to bear country. People don't believe us when we tell them to lock doors and roll up windows because bears can open car doors, but sounds like you are a believer now! Pretty common occurrence actually. They don't usually do much damage, unless the door closes behind them! Extra towels are a good idea for the hot tub. We look forward to your next visit with us.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and we are happy you enjoyed your stay at Three Suite Retreat. We have so many great restaurants in the area that its a tough decision to cook at home and save money or splurge and eat out! We welcome you back to stay at Three Suite again or try another of our great cabins.

Thank you Leslie! We always want to provide the best experience for our guests, so it is great to hear that we were able to get those minor issues solved for you, and we also appreciate your feedback. It is great to hear that you had a fantastic stay, and we cannot wait to have you back with us soon.

Thank you for your review Larry! You hit all of the points on why Three Suite Retreat is a fantastic chalet for parties of all kinds, it has so much to offer! We always want to exceed the expectations of our guests, and help to provide them with the best stay at our chalets possible, so we appreciate your suggestions! We look forward to your next stay with us.

Thank you so much! We are so thrilled to hear that Three Suite Retreat was in great shape with a well maintained home and lawn, a lovely view, and an enjoyable stay overall! We also really appreciate your detailed feedback on the hot tub lock and the deck stairs. You make a great point about the hot tub cable -- we will be looking into getting that mechanism updated so it is easier to operate while still keeping it secure for little ones. And the suggestion about adding gates at the top and bottom of the outside stairs is excellent bear safety thinking that we will absolutely be passing along to our team. That kind of thoughtful feedback genuinely helps us make the property better for every guest who comes after you! We would love to welcome you back -- whether at Three Suite Retreat or one of our other cabins -- the next time the Smokies are calling your name. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

We love the spaciousness of this chalet! It allows for everyone to have their own space, while also having fantastic common areas for optimal quality time with loved ones. The view is amazing and can be enjoyed from the porch, hot tub, or even inside the house! We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us, and we hope to see you again soon!

Three suite retreat is an absolutely beautiful place, and it is a fantastic place to say with family, or even if three couples want to have a getaway together. We always try to get little issues like the cable box resolved as soon as possible, and make sure that our guests experience is as smooth as possible. We love that you spend your annual Halloween trip with us! It sounds like a blast to dress up and go downtown with the family. Thank you for continually staying with us, we love when our guests come back year after year. Looking forward to having you again next year!

It sounds like you all were able to have a fantastic stay in Three Suite Retreat despite the one toilet not flushing, which we do apologize about. That is exciting that you were able to see some bears, we love our bears up here! We are so glad that your stay was so good, and we would love to have you back with us sometime soon!
