El condominio está en el piso 18 en la muy deseable Torre de Zafiro. Unidad de esquina con espectaculares 10 pies, ventanas de piso a techo. Impresionantes vistas, tanto de agua como de luces de la ciudad. Dos dormitorios, 2 baños (con duchas y bañera de gran tamaño) y vestidor. Isla de cocina (encimera de granito) más área de comedor completa separada. Muy espacioso, con 1,283 pies cuadrados. Estado del arte, acabados interiores de lujo y electrodomésticos. Travertino y pisos de madera. Bellamente amueblado. Incluye cable U-verse, TV de pantalla grande e Internet de alta velocidad. Balcón privado con mesa y sillas. Lavadora y secadora de alta gama en la unidad. Sábanas, toallas y edredón de plumas. Solo otras 2 unidades en nuestro piso, muy privadas y muy tranquilas. Solo boutiques céntricas de gran altura (menos de 100 unidades). Personal de conserjería 24/7. 2 plazas de estacionamiento (en tándem) incluidas. Instalaciones de lujo para el edificio, que incluyen gimnasio totalmente equipado, piscina, bañera de hidromasaje, sauna, área de barbacoa al aire libre lista para usar y espaciosa sala de TV / relajación.
Y la ubicación no podría ser mejor. Puede experimentarlo todo saliendo de nuestro edificio. Contempla la belleza de la costa de San Diego, visita el Museo Midway o la Estrella de la India. Súbase al ferry a Coronado. Disfruta del mejor mercado de agricultores de San Diego. Camine hasta The Headquarters, Seaport Village, el Centro Cívico de San Diego (sede de los espectáculos de sinfonía, ballet y viajes de Broadway), Petco Park, Gaslamp. Visite las numerosas tiendas boutique en Little Italy. Y no hay mejor lugar para cenar. Little Italy lo tiene todo: cafeterías locales, lugares de postres (como Postres Extraordinarios), cervecerías artesanales, bares de vinos y más restaurantes de todo tipo de los que puedes probar, muchos con asientos en la acera al aire libre. ¡Nunca necesitarás tu auto! ¡Experimenta lo mejor de la vida de la ciudad en un entorno tranquilo y lujoso!
Tenemos dos bicicletas eléctricas que puedes usar. Son bicicletas regulares que tienen la opción de funcionar con una batería eléctrica para que no tenga que preocuparse por las colinas o el cansancio. Súper divertido y no es más difícil de usar que una bicicleta normal.
También estamos a solo un par de millas del aeropuerto SD y cerca de todo tipo de transporte público (estación principal SD Amtrak, tranvía y autobuses).

Spectacular view, great location, clean and comfortable

My wife and I really enjoyed our November stay. The view is spectacular with windows everywhere. The location is right there at Little Italy (lots of good restaurants) and with easy access to I-5. The condo is very comfortable and clean. Rich was very helpful and highly responsive. We already booked next year.

Don't Make Us Leave

Beautiful condo unit with floor to ceiling window views in every room from the harbor and airport to cityscape. Quiet building in a great location for enjoying all that San Diego has to offer, with a kind and helpful staff. Very convenient to all activities and the great restaurants in Little Italy and the rest of the core city. Very friendly and responsive owners - even providing a handy guide to the building, unit, and some of their favorite places to visit. Much attention to detail. We rented this unit for two months, felt at home and loved every minute. We will definitely look forward to staying in this comfortable home again when we have the chance.

Amazing Condo

We spent 6 months in this wonderful apartment on a trip for work and loved every second of it!! Rich was super responsive and very easy to work with. Due to the nature or our trip, the beginning and ending dates were somewhat known but not locked in. He was very flexible and easy to communicate with even when we couldn’t give a solid duration of our stay. The apartment itself has two very comfortable bedrooms, two enormous bathrooms, and a fantastic kitchen and living room with an amazing view. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home, cooking a meal and enjoying the city views. The apartment also comes with access to the building’s pool, hottub, and fitness center which was great for some after work workouts or relaxation. We loved the location of this apartment, walking distance to all the great restaurants in Little Italy, to the Broadway Ferry to Coronado Island, and a quick scooter ride to downtown! We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San Diego and especially anyone working on Coronado Island (no bridge traffic with the ferry!!!)

Luxury living in Little Italy.

I absolutely fell in love with this unit. Unit 1802 screams luxury, and has the highest end finishes you could ask for. Floor to ceiling windows and views from the 18th floor made every day and night perfect for admiring the sites or people watching. This unit was just a block away for India street and all the great restaurants and bars of little Italy. In the other direction you can get to the waterfront a block away. Next to this building was the trolley stop and Amtrak station which was awesome and super easy to use. Gym was a nice size, but the Pool is made for luxury relaxation. I used the pool and hot tub every single night. Rich was a fantastic owner to work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. If I come back to San Diego for work, I would 1000% try to stay in this condo again.

Enjoyed Downtown Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this downtown condo near Little Italy. It is centrally located with easy walking and access to many restaurants, public transportation and fun activities. The condo is bright (lots of light and great views), clean and very comfortable. The owner is friendly and very responsive. We'd stay again.

Fabulous condo, location and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The condo is very clean and bright (huge windows), tastefully furnished and comfortable. We used the building fitness center and spa, both of which are clean and very nice. Building staff members were pleasant and helpful, and we felt totally secure in the building. The location is terrific; there is so much within walking distance - the waterfront, Little Italy, Seaport Village, many great restaurants and access to public transportation. Rich and his wife were delightful hosts - extremely friendly and responsive and concerned about making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Can’t wait to return!

Everything about this place is great! The condo is very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed walking to the many fabulous restaurants in Little Italy and to the waterfront. The owner Rich made sure we felt like his home was our home. We look forward to coming back!

Exceptional property and hosts!

We stayed at Rich's place for three months in the summer of 2017. The unit is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows with views of downtown San Diego and the bay. Rich was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. The building amenities were fantastic including a pool, grill, sauna, and a small gym. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood has excellent dining and is very walkable. We have a 19 month old daughter who thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and the building. In fact, the building manager gave her a going away present. We have stayed at many apartment and home rentals around the world over the last 5-10 years and can say without hesitation that this was our most positive experience.
