Condo is on the 18th floor in the highly desirable Sapphire Tower. Corner unit with spectacular 10 foot, floor to ceiling windows. Breathtaking views, both water and city lights. Two bedroom, 2 baths (with oversized showers and bathtub) and walk-in closet. Kitchen island (granite top) plus separate full dining area. Very roomy, with 1,283 sf. State of the art, luxury interior finishes and appliances. Travertine and hardwood floors. Beautifully furnished. U-verse cable, large screen TV and high-speed internet included. Private balcony with table and chairs. High end washer and dryer in unit. Sheets, towels and down comforter provided. Only 2 other units on our floor, very private and very quiet. Only downtown boutique high-rise (less than 100 units). 24/7 concierge staff. 2 (tandem) parking spots included. Luxury building amenities, including fully equipped fitness center, pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor ready-to-use bbq area and spacious TV/relaxation room.
And the location could not be better. You can experience it all just by walking out our building. Take in the beauty of the San Diego waterfront, visit the Midway Museum or Star of India. Hop on the ferry to Coronado. Take in San Diego's best Farmers Market. Walk to The Headquarters, Seaport Village, San Diego Civic Center (home of the symphony, ballet and Broadway travel shows), Petco Park, Gaslamp. Visit the numerous boutique shops in Little Italy. And there is no better place to dine. Little Italy has it all - local coffee houses, dessert places (like Extraordinary Desserts), craft breweries, wine bars, and more restaurants of all types than you can possibly try, many with outdoor sidewalk seating. You'll never need your car! Get to experience the best of city life in a quiet and luxurious setting!
We are also just a couple of miles from the SD airport and close to all types of public transportation (main SD Amtrak station, trolley and buses).

Perfect downtown condo

My wife and I loved our time at Rich’s condo. It has everything you could need for a long term stay and Rich was an incredible host. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property with stunning views of San Diego

Wonderful VRBO property in an amazing location. The harbor, food, and coffee are a quick walk from the building. Likewise, parking is both convenient & secure. I hope to stay again during a return trip to San Diego!

A five star vacation condo

The property was lovely and the owner was so gracious, considerate, and helpful. The location was fabulous. You are in walking distance of Little Italy, Gaslamp district, downtown, and Seaport village. Restaurants and markets at your fingertips!

This was the perfect condo for my month stay in San Diego for work. Building is clean and in a great area. The view is amazing! The owner’s are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this stay.

Beautiful property located near so many attractions. Walking distance to Little Italy restaurants and activities. Views are stunning. Convenient to transportation. Comfortable beds. Wonderful staff. Luxurious upscale amenities plus more. Had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Spectacular view, great location, clean and comfortable

My wife and I really enjoyed our November stay. The view is spectacular with windows everywhere. The location is right there at Little Italy (lots of good restaurants) and with easy access to I-5. The condo is very comfortable and clean. Rich was very helpful and highly responsive. We already booked next year.

Don't Make Us Leave

Beautiful condo unit with floor to ceiling window views in every room from the harbor and airport to cityscape. Quiet building in a great location for enjoying all that San Diego has to offer, with a kind and helpful staff. Very convenient to all activities and the great restaurants in Little Italy and the rest of the core city. Very friendly and responsive owners - even providing a handy guide to the building, unit, and some of their favorite places to visit. Much attention to detail. We rented this unit for two months, felt at home and loved every minute. We will definitely look forward to staying in this comfortable home again when we have the chance.

Amazing Condo

We spent 6 months in this wonderful apartment on a trip for work and loved every second of it!! Rich was super responsive and very easy to work with. Due to the nature or our trip, the beginning and ending dates were somewhat known but not locked in. He was very flexible and easy to communicate with even when we couldn’t give a solid duration of our stay. The apartment itself has two very comfortable bedrooms, two enormous bathrooms, and a fantastic kitchen and living room with an amazing view. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home, cooking a meal and enjoying the city views. The apartment also comes with access to the building’s pool, hottub, and fitness center which was great for some after work workouts or relaxation. We loved the location of this apartment, walking distance to all the great restaurants in Little Italy, to the Broadway Ferry to Coronado Island, and a quick scooter ride to downtown! We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San Diego and especially anyone working on Coronado Island (no bridge traffic with the ferry!!!)

Luxury living in Little Italy.

I absolutely fell in love with this unit. Unit 1802 screams luxury, and has the highest end finishes you could ask for. Floor to ceiling windows and views from the 18th floor made every day and night perfect for admiring the sites or people watching. This unit was just a block away for India street and all the great restaurants and bars of little Italy. In the other direction you can get to the waterfront a block away. Next to this building was the trolley stop and Amtrak station which was awesome and super easy to use. Gym was a nice size, but the Pool is made for luxury relaxation. I used the pool and hot tub every single night. Rich was a fantastic owner to work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. If I come back to San Diego for work, I would 1000% try to stay in this condo again.

Enjoyed Downtown Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this downtown condo near Little Italy. It is centrally located with easy walking and access to many restaurants, public transportation and fun activities. The condo is bright (lots of light and great views), clean and very comfortable. The owner is friendly and very responsive. We'd stay again.

Fabulous condo, location and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The condo is very clean and bright (huge windows), tastefully furnished and comfortable. We used the building fitness center and spa, both of which are clean and very nice. Building staff members were pleasant and helpful, and we felt totally secure in the building. The location is terrific; there is so much within walking distance - the waterfront, Little Italy, Seaport Village, many great restaurants and access to public transportation. Rich and his wife were delightful hosts - extremely friendly and responsive and concerned about making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Can’t wait to return!

Everything about this place is great! The condo is very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed walking to the many fabulous restaurants in Little Italy and to the waterfront. The owner Rich made sure we felt like his home was our home. We look forward to coming back!

Exceptional property and hosts!

We stayed at Rich's place for three months in the summer of 2017. The unit is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows with views of downtown San Diego and the bay. Rich was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. The building amenities were fantastic including a pool, grill, sauna, and a small gym. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood has excellent dining and is very walkable. We have a 19 month old daughter who thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and the building. In fact, the building manager gave her a going away present. We have stayed at many apartment and home rentals around the world over the last 5-10 years and can say without hesitation that this was our most positive experience.
