Seamless stay from start to finish. Our host was terrific and so gracious leading up to, during, and after our stay. Regular, prompt communication and as kind as anyone I had ever worked with. The property was perfect for what our need was over the weekend. Our sincere gratitude for the accommodations here and if/when I trip back to COS is in the cards, we will absolutely try to book this place again.

The place was rather warm, especially for those sleeping in the second room. Fans are provided which is nice but during the hottest months sleeping may be challenging with the warmth and also the noise from folks staying in the upper part of the house. Easy access to highway. Great value. Family friendly for those with little kids.

The unit was not clean upon arrival (understatement). We opted to ask for a refund instead of staying in the unit. The rental company hosting the house was kind and willing to work with us.

Springs get away

The basement apartment was set up well. Very cute, very clean. Great location, close to the Garden of the Gods, Cave of Whispers, Manatou Springs. We weren’t in the VRBO much, there’s too much to do outside!
