This house was built in the 1924 and thoughtfulness was in abundance when it was meticulously restored to four bedrooms, yet keeping the charm of the era. A garden level bedroom was added with French doors opening onto the patio. The house is called "a story-and-a-half", which means, stairs going up and stairs going down. Two bedrooms have a short flight of stairs going up from the main level and two bedrooms have a short flight of stairs going down from the main level. It is four bedrooms, and sleeps eight. The kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom are on the main level. Each bedroom is on its own level.
This rental features a gourmet kitchen with a pot filler faucet next to a six-burner gas stove. The kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all the utensils and cookware you would need and a good selection of spices. HD TV, cable and free Wi-Fi.
Downstairs is a spacious utility room with new, front loading washer and dryer. Owner supplies laundry soap, fabric sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Listen to the quarter-hour chimes from Will Rogers "Shrine of the Sun" standing just above the zoo. Minutes away, is the famous five-star Broadmoor Hotel. Stop in and have lunch at the Golden Bee. You will definitely enjoy the beautiful homes and stunning landscapes on the way to the hotel. And of course, you will see deer and other wildlife quietly wondering about.
