If you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind, relax, and take in the California coastline - this is the place. 3 bedroom, 3 bath single family home in a very quiet neighborhood in the south east hills of San Clemente. The backyard is a BBQ lover’s paradise: built-in grill and kegerator, spacious deck, fire pits, cornhole, mounted dartboard, patio and large umbrellas. Outdoor table for 6 with center fire pit perfect for morning coffee or dinner and wine. Front courtyard has large fountain for serene sounds in a private space protected by palms and birds of paradise that surround the property. Interior decor has Spanish, Mexican and Moroccan inspiration. Kitchen accommodates cooking with a 6-range Viking stove and 2 ovens. Indoor tables for 4 in dining area and breakfast nook - both with ocean views. Travertine and vinyl wood floors keep the house cool and clean. Gorgeous fireplace to keep you warm at night, and living room has built-in surround sound speakers and subwoofer for theater-style entertainment. Home gym in garage with Olympic size bar, weights and bench/squat rack, kettlebells and dumbbells on padded floor. Tesla charger in garage. Central air/heat quickly adjusts temperature in every room. Upstairs bathroom has a rare, built-in Jacuzzi brand tub with powerful jets to help you relax. From master bed, wake up to ocean views. Spacious balcony outside master bedroom has the best view in the entire property. They say San Clemente has the best views in Southern California; this house has one of the best views in San Clemente.
