Benvenuti a San Clemente!

Il nostro condominio 2bdr, 2 bagni con vista sull'oceano è situato in posizione centrale nel cuore della zona di Pier Bowl a pochi passi dall'oceano. Che si tratti di una passeggiata sul molo, una corsa mattutina sulla pista da spiaggia o una rinfrescante sessione di surf, sicuramente godrai delle tue attività costiere in questa vecchia città coloniale spagnola. Scegli di soggiornare nel nostro condominio e renditi conto di aver trovato la posizione ideale!

Il nostro edificio è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (a due isolati) dal centro storico dove ti troverai circondato da una varietà di negozi e ristoranti locali. L'accesso alla spiaggia e al molo è a pochi passi dal lato costiero della proprietà. San Clemente si trova sulla punta meridionale della contea di Orange e si trova a nord della regione di San Diego. Sentiti libero di saltare sull'Amtrak Surfliner e sei a solo una corsa in treno dalle famose attrazioni della California meridionale.

La nostra unità al primo piano, con vista sull'oceano, è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per rendere questo posto la tua casa lontano da casa. Le camere sono arredate con letti queen-size e un sacco di armadio / spazio di archiviazione. I bagni spaziosi sono modellati con pietra di granito. Passa sopra la cucina e trovala arredata con moderni elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, mentre la sala da pranzo offre una vista mozzafiato sul molo di San Clemente e sulla costa.

The beach view from the balcony is exactly what you see in photo #1! Stunning views, day and night. Just a short walk down to the beach and the Pier. Coffee, ice cream and pizza almost any time of the day! Upscale kitchen appliances, beach towels and chairs, etc. Plenty of cookware, dishes for an elegant dinner for 6-8. Condo is pristine with plenty of towels, sheets, pillows and truly comfortable beds. Next door to Casa Romantica, with weekly yoga and meditation classes. A short distance to busy Del Mar, with shopping and restaurants galore. And the hosts were extremely kind and responsive to my silly questions! I would most definitely recommend a stay in this well-appointed condo, and will most likely return myself!

The beach is closed and the property gets worked on alot. Be careful here there charge you to sneeze.

Wonderful Month in San Clemente

We have been able to stay at this property in previous years. Each time has been enjoyable and rewarding. We had one minor issue with the front door sticking and the managers were quick to resolve the situation. The view of the ocean is amazing. I love walking and this area makes walking even more appealing. The condo is close to everything we enjoy doing including plays and music events in San Clemente. We would certainly rent this property in the future.

Terrific Property

My wife and I live in Seattle and stayed the month of April in this property. It is very well appointed and quiet. We love to BBQ and the gas grills were right outside the door. The laundry is one flight away, was always available, and we like using several machines and getting it done quickly. The only slight disappointment was that the pool was not heated until May. The weather for us NW people was plenty warm to swim but the pool was too cold for the grand kids. San Clemente is a wonderful quiet little old California beach town with a great Sunday market and everything you need withing walking distance. The managers are helpful, attentive and there if you need them. We hope to go back.

What a wonderful place to stay!!! Can’t say enough great things about out accommodations as well as our host Priscilla. Very comfortable everything. Great kitchen when you cook, great restaurants!! Beachfire and Fisherman’s 👌👍

Thoroughly enjoyable

It was hard to find one word that encompassed everything this condo offered: Location: walking distance to the pier & beach; restaurants & shops on Del Mar & El Camino Real; and the Casa Romantica. Views: the pier & the beautiful Pacific. Space: lots of room in the 2 bedrooms as there were no unnecessary pieces of furniture & closets were huge; dining area with table for 6. Amenities: fully equipped kitchen; WiFi; secure entry to building & parking. Another positive for us was that it was easy to clean because it was not full of clutter. Communication with our hosts was excellent as they answered our questions promptly & dealt with one very minor issue immediately. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Awesome location and view. The condo was spacious and comfortable, stocked with everything you need. We feel we got exactly what was advertised. Wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and view!

Couldn't be happier with the location and view on this property. Good amount of space inside the condo and covered garage parking. Garage parking allowed for no stair access directly into the condo which made for an easy to the condo. Manager was very responsive. Loved the easy walk down the stairs to the beach.

Million dollar view.

Million dollar view. Perfect location. Priscilla and Matthew were fabulous to deal with. Any questions you had they answered right away. Condo was very well-stocked beds were comfortable and the view of the ocean every morning for coffee just can’t be beat. Looking forward to next year. Also the little shops in town are fabulous

A perfect spot for our family to enjoy the beach and San Clemente lifestyle

This apartment suited our family of 4 perfectly for our 2 month stay. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect - just a stroll to the beach and pier and an easy walk up Avenida Del Mar to the shops, library etc. We felt right at home. Our host responded quickly to my questions and we were made to feel welcome.

Wonderful beach condo. We had a great stay here from late October to early December. The proximity to the beach, beach trail, shops and restaurants on Del Mar was very nice.

A perfect location overlooking the pier on the beach in San Clemete!

This is an amazing location right at the heart of the beach and the pier in San Clemente. We could not have asked for s better place, or a better location. The access to shopping, hiking, biking, restaurants and bars is all just a short walk away. We are already looking forward to our next trip here!

Great condo in a great pier side location!

I spent almost 3 months in this condo while working in the area. I really enjoyed my stay. The condo is just as pictured. It is remodeled throughout including very comfortable furniture in the living room, a new kitchen with gas stove, and bathrooms with granite. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. The location is a quick walk to Del Mar and the pier and there are beautiful views of the beach. The building is secured with locking gates and parking is plentiful. There is a coin operated laundry onsite as well as a pool and hot tub. Priscilla was great to work with as well. Couldn't ask for more!

Great place. Great views of ocean and pier. Sunsets and weather incredible. Quick and easy access to beach and Pier. Stayed better part of a month. Felt like home. Sleepy little town with great people. Also close to 1-5 to get to rest of S Cal. Can't wait to go back.
