Chic space with (2) brand new Queen Size Beds in a quiet neighborhood of Glen Park.

Both bedrooms are en-suites with a private bathroom + private entrance! Perfect to use as an office or second bedroom. Nothing is shared.

We are 10 minutes walking distance to Glen Park Bart station, corner house with close nearby supermarket and laundry mat up the block.

For the explorers, there is a beautiful hiking trail (Glen Park Canyon) close

The space
This corner upstairs unit gets a lot of light. Hardwood floors and furniture is easily re arranged to give you enough space for a nice workout and/or yoga.

The 2 Bedrooms are separated by a huge kitchen, where it gives you the privacy and the feeling you are in 2 units . Though one, house, there is even a separate entrance for both bedrooms.
