Fantastic Bay Park Home with wonderfully central location, minutes to all attractions San Diego has to offer! The beach, bay, Seaworld, Zoo, Balboa Park, downtown etc...are all just minutes away!

Beautiful Bay and Ocean views from deck,kitchen,living and dining rooms! Gas fireplace in living room, large well-appointed kitchen with travertine and granite accents, farm sink plus additional prep-sink for easy meal making! Master bedroom boasts lovely attached bath w/marble and tile accents and a beautiful vanity area. 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath provide plenty of room for all.

Plus, for those in your group who may enjoy a bit more privacy, the lower attached guest cottage provides an additional master bedroom and attached bath, sitting area w/sofa bed, mini kitchenette,laundry, flickering electric firplace and garden patio!

Enjoy the sun setting over the water with a glass of wine by the cozy outdoor firepit. A perfect spot for viewing the seasonal Seaworld fireworks show as well! Gorgeous,large yard w/mature fruit trees and cascading grapevines overhead!

My husband and I hosted our 5 sons, 3 daughter's-in-law and 1 granddaughter to a week of family time. We had a great time at the beach and local attractions and hope to make it an annual trip! Looking forward to staying here in the future!

Very nice property for families with kids. Kitchen very well stocked. The only down side( if there was one) was that none of the bedrooms have A/C. Front bedroom missing window screen and couldn’t open window…. very warm at night.But overall a wonderful stay!!

Everything was PERFECT - cannot recommend enough!Came with 5 other friends and we all fit perfectly. Couches were comfortable and could have fit a few more if needed.Check-in was easy, instructions were clear on-site, and hosts were able to accommodate a last-minute request for an early check-in. Throughout, John and Kerri's communication was quick and easy.The house is awesome, has a great view, and the amenities (games, beach umbrellas, etc) were great to have. The lime tree was a huge hit as well.Would recommend 10/10!!!!!

Large kitchen-dining room and living room for our 11 adults/kids. Lots of kitchen equipment, available beach equipment and we found room to park 3 vehicles. And ‘yes’ you can see the Sea World drone show. The breezes cooled the house well along with the house air fan system. Close to the places you want to visit on vacation.

House has a great location. We were able to go to Legoland & the Safari park. We were in town to visit family. We all had breakfast together & the kitchen/dining room are was more than sufficient to fit 9. It is super close to old town & that was a great spot to go out to Mexican food for dinner.

Stayed here with family for my dads 70th birthday getaway. The stay was beyond what I expected. close to everything but still a wonderful place to sit, stay and relax in. Host was very communicative and very kind. Having multiple bathrooms and lots of space for my big family was the perfect way to spend our vacation in San Diego! Definitely recommend!

Place is great. Good location. Well laid out. Kitchen has good tools including sharp knives, good tongs, a thermometer and a working grill. Hosted a 10 person family reunion. A little tight, but totally doable.
