This modern, spacious home is within easy walking distance of all that Glenwood Springs offers while being tucked away in a quiet corner of the downtown away from the bustle of Grand Ave. The space The layout of our home is as follows: The open-concept living/dining/kitchen space is on the first floor with access to the driveway and front patio and yard. The pantry, laundry room, bathroom, and two bedrooms are also on the ground floor. The spacious primary suite with a king bed is on the second floor with access to a large balcony.
The front yard is available for guest enjoyment, where we have a patio with outdoor seating, gas fireplace, and gas grill. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the 2400-square-foot primary home and front yard. Two acoustically insulated small ADUs with separate access are located at the rear of the home and rented separately. Other things to note This is our primary home, which we are short-term renting during an extended vacation. We will remove personal items and have the home professionally cleaned to allow this home to become your space during your stay. Cleaning services during your stay are available on request.
