Each bedroom is well-appointed, including a master with an en-suite bathroom. The property includes two dedicated parking spots with additional parking available, ensuring ample space for vehicles. Ideally located within walking distance to 1st and 2nd Beach, as well as local restaurants, this apartment offers both convenience and luxury. Perfect for those seeking a serene seaside lifestyle.

House Rules

- Please take your shoes off at the door
- The town has a noise ordinance so please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home, if smoking outside please make sure no cigarette butts are left on the grounds.
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars max. Please do not park on the street or lawn. If extra Parking is needed please contact us.
- Please use designated bins for trash and recycling. The yellow bag is for trash only and not recycling.
-Feel free to use the barbecue outside but please clean up after use and cover when not using.
- Occasionally consumables such as condiments or snacks are left behind by previous guests. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange the big furniture.
- We want everyone to have a good time, but please be mindful of drinks and food on the furniture.
- There are 2 thermostats: The one near the washer and dryer is for A/C only. The thermostat for the heat is located in the living room
Pets
We love our furry friends and are more than happy to have them join you, but please note the following:
- No pets on the furniture
- Do not leave your dogs out barking
- Please bring your dog’s bowls for food and water
- Please clean up after your dogs in the yard

Was very happy with our stay in Middletown, RI. The property was exactly as pictured in the listing information. The unit was clean, with a well stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, barware and coffee makers to make our stay very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the outdoor deck area as we had perfect weather.

This was a great apartment in a convenient location. It was close enough to walk into town or was a quick drive. Very close to Easton Beach and plenty of restaurants.

Great Rental!! Super clean and tons of amenities!! Comfortable beds. Full kitchen was great !! 3 minutes to beach and Cliff walk. 7 minutes to downtown.

Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need, therefore, its nice for whipping up some quick meals or if you need to heat up anything. I thoroughly enjoyed not just the place itself but how quick of a drive it was to downtown Newport. The host, Bryan was also VERY responsive, answering any questions in minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Newport/Middletown to visit.

Great Place

Really nice and really clean!

This apartment is really nice. It is so clean and decorated in modern style. The kitchen has everything you need and the location is great! It is just a short drive to the Cliff Walk and an even shorter driver to a great beach! My sister and I and my 2 little dogs had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it. Plus, Bryan is easy to contact.

Perfect dog friendly apartment

Apartment was very cealn, fully stocked with everything you need. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfy but small. Location was perfect, very Close to the beaches. Would stay again.

Great place in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with a nice selection of amenities. The air conditioning worked particularly well, which was nice during such a hot period. Easy access to the beach and some nice little restaurants. Also, not far from the center of Newport and the Wharf area

Great place to stay while working in the town

I booked crew to live here while we were working an event in the area. The owner was attentive to any issue we had and it was an enjoyable time. Our neighbor was really loud, but other than that, it was great.
