Great stay

Really enjoyed in the past the coffee table for 4 little stools. It was great for doing jigsaw puzzles. My family reunion members were disappointed to see that missing.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hibiscus. This was our 5th time going to St. Augustine and we found all our needs met in C201. The grounds are well kept, everyone we met was very friendly, and it was very quiet. We look forward to visiting again.

St Augustine trip

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean. Close to St Augustine for tours. The condo had 2 nice pools and the beach was a short walk. Also, couple of good restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again

Great time at Hibiscus St. Augustine

Unit was spacious, clean and well stocked. Just a five-minute walk to the beach. Pool area was in a nice setting. Queen bed was okay, but king would be ideal. Would come back.

Great beach location!

Hibiscus C102 is in a great location, has a beautiful beach, and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The condo is very clean, but it is quite outdated. Don’t let this deter you from staying at this property though. All of the basics are here and the beach is beautiful.

Beautiful views!

Very little to gripe about. Amazing stay, amazing views, very nice place. Very close and wonderful beach access. Comfortable beds, nice living room furniture. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub once but weather was too cool to enjoy it more. The lock box on the front door is a little frustrating until you figure it out, but it was nice not having to worry about a key! We would recommend this place!!

Good room layout for 4 people Good kitchen This is not luxury but adequate Close to everything for a variety of activities No ice maker in refrigerator but we made our own We enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Location!

Between the short walk to the beach and multiple pool options, we enjoyed a great family vacation at the condo. The condo decor was slightly dated and a more clear ocean view would have been nice, but my husband, son, in-laws and I fit comfortably and had access to all basic amenities, kitchen supplies, etc. There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance but plenty just a short drive away - 20 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Overall, we were very happy with this property!

1st time in st. augustine

This was our family of 4 first time visiting. It was a great experience. The condo was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Kids, age 10 and 7 had a great time in pool. They rate this place the highest rating possible. The beach is a nice short walk from condo. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you so much!

Everything was clean and tidy. Very Cute place to stay, very good location. Everything worked well. Great communication. The only things I would like to recommend is providing at least one roll of toilet paper (there was none) and a couple of trash bags, otherwise I had no issues. I would stay again and would recommend to my friends.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean with all that we needed in regards to kitchen tools. Beds were comfortable. Each room had a TV but we did not use as the pools and beach were the main attraction. Parking was great as we had a designated spot close to our room. I received texts with info and contact info during the trip but ended up not needing any help. I would recommend to others.

Total relaxation!

This condo is perfect! Clean, updated and fully equipped for a relaxing carefree vacation. Did I mention how clean it was. Check in was as easy as it can get. Location was great; 1st floor, super close to 2 of the pools, clubhouse and beach access. Back porch is a great place to have a coffee or drink and enjoy the view. The facilities are very well kept and the beach is beautiful!!!! Condo is also located with in minutes of grocery, gas, shopping, attractions and downtown St. Augustine. We will definitely be back!!!!

Family vacation

The condo was very nice and clean. My family and I would love to see the condo extend the wooden walkway on out to the beach area like the neighboring condo does. The thick sand makes for a long walk when hauling chairs and stuff to and from the beach. The only things the condo needed to supply more of was the kitchen trash bags, toilet paper and dish soap, other then those small things, it was a great time and we’ll definitely be staying there again. This is the 2nd time at this condo facility we’ve stayed, the other one was near the front.

Good beach location

Good 2-bed, 2-bath condo just a short walk to the beach. Multiple swimming pools plus outdoor hot tub. Close to grocery stores and restaurants as well as St. Augustine. The condo unit was in good shape overall, but needed repair in the front bath (unfinished spackle was still wet to the touch, and the walls were rather scraped up). The unit also did not have a vacuum cleaner, which is rather essential to a place with a beach nearby. Finally, it lacked some rather basic things upon arrival such as extra toilet paper, hand soap, a salt shaker! Make sure you pack a few extras, or plan on an immediate grocery stop after checkin!

The condo was great, the management was not

The actual condo was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location. However, we had an emergency after hours and called the 'after hours emergency phone number' that was provided over and over and could never get in touch with anyone. I am extremely upset that we needed assistance and it was not available as promised. Because of this experience, I would not recommend a stay here. This condo is poorly managed. Stay somewhere else that values the needs of their guests.

Destination Holiday Vacation

Overall we had a very good stay. Other family members stayed nearby and we met to celebrate the holidays.The Host had decorated the inside, which added to our celebration fun. Very nice touch. The only items that could have made our stay better were: - the check in process was not very clear. It would help to understand when the welcome email will arrive. We didn't have easy access to emails and got concerned that we would get the information in time. Especially since it was a holiday weekend. As it turned out we did get the info in time so all was good. - the mattresses all seem to be very soft and can use replacement. Especially the small bed in the Master Bedroom. - sliding door screen door needs a little maintenance.

We have been staying in this condo for over 5 years each year in June. We were actually a little disappointed this year. We were having steak for Fathers Day and had 1 knife. Actually there were several things I had to go and purchase to make it through the week. Drink Pitcher (which I brought home) Knife's ( I left there) cutting board ( I left there) Grilling thongs (I left there) not enough silverware we had to keep hand washing after every meal. no whisk- for mixing eggs, brownies and cookies. needs sheet pans. (we were going to make cookies and had 1 old broiler pan. The bed in the double queen bed room by the front door, the one on the RIGHT is totally worn out. It was like sleeping on a card board box. Both my husband and my back hurt so bad all week from that bed. The furniture needs to be cleaned. The couch is filthy. We put a sheet over it to sit on it. I booked it again for next year because it works for my 90 year old mother in law, and I couldn't find another condo that I thought would work for her. Im hoping that you spend the $40 on the kitchen items that are needed. Replace the bed and clean the furniture. Im pretty easy to please person but we were frustrated with things this year and I wanted to let you know.

Repeat trip to this condo

I have stayed at this condo before last time being 2016 Love the closeness to the beach and pool. The condo itself needs some updating. The recliner looked filthy in the living room - I know it's not feasible to put the very best in rentals but the beds were horribly uncomfortable - No beach towels and extra convenience items that I have found in other condos in the area. Overall good experience though was clean overall and good parking Communication with the rental company was fantastic
