Your family/group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Newly renovated La Mesa retreat! Enjoy sunsets views from this spacious 3BR/2BA home. Relax by the fire pit, dine al fresco on the patio, or soak up the sun. Less than 0.5 mi to downtown La Mesa which has tons of great restaurants and cafes. Public trolley station 0.5 miles away as well. By car its under 20 mins to beaches, airport, & San Diego attractions!
1. No Parties.
2. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may not book for another person.
3. Please do not park on the street or you will be towed. The driveway can fit up to 3 cars.
4. Do not use the premise for illegal activity.
5. No Smoking.
6. No Pets. If a pet a brought there will be a $250 additional fee charged to sanitize for guests with allergies and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
7. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
8. Turn lights off and AC/Heat when away.
9. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am.
10. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed unless prior approval is given. Additional guests without approval may result in a fee of $20 per person OR a cancelled reservation without refund.
