The perfect place to celebrate birthday parties, graduations, etc. A unique San Diego retreat in this haven of tranquility.
Inside, enjoy all the comforts of a modern home including; heating, AC, large living room space, fireplace, gas stove, games for children, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, & a large kitchen with gas cooktop for the family chef.

The house includes a detached studio unit that is rented separately in the back and has its own enclosed patio. The large deck patio backyard, and main parking lot is exclusively yours to enjoy.
