About this property
Sunnyside Lodge | Classic Lodge w/ Hot Tub!
Escape to the classic charm of Sunnyside Lodge. Our spacious 3,500 sq ft retreat is designed for relaxation and adventure. Nestled in a secluded neighborhood, this inviting lodge is your home away from home, offering a blend of comfort and traditional Tahoe vibes. With pier access and close proximity to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Palisades, Sunnyside Lodge is an all-season retreat with space for the entire family. Book your next getaway at Sunnyside Lodge today!
While we won't be available in person, we're here for you every step of the way, from planning to post-stay. Tahoe Co Host Collective is our trusted partner in ensuring you have an amazing time. Reach out anytime for assistance—we're happy to help!
There is a local handyman, Mr. Honey Do, who rents part of the garage for his equipment. He may come by, but will not come to the house or interact in any way.
Explore the best of Lake Tahoe with world-class skiing at Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe, and Homewood, all just a short drive away. Walk to nearby West Shore Market, Sunnyside Resort, and Firesign Cafe for delicious dining options.
For running, hiking, and biking, we're a mile away from Ward Creek Recreation Area, and 1.7 miles from Paige Meadows trail head with access to the PCT.
Our house is on a quiet side street right by the bike path that goes all the way around the Lake, an easy bike into Tahoe City where you can find bigger grocery stores, restaurants, and rentals.
The house is entirely yours, with full access. There is no garage access for guests.
Outside there is dock access, lawn space, and surrounding forest.
The house is set away from other properties and feels very removed from traffic and commotion of Tahoe. There are long-term renters on the property in a separate house not near the main house, but you won't interact with them unless you need something or there is an emergency.
You will have room to stretch out and enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe in all directions. We have a large property, with trees, lawn, parking for 5 cars, and the best part of all, beach and lake access just a 2 min walk from the house.
