This property is located within walking distance to downtown Portland, The Perl District, Washington Park, Forest Park and China Town. It is clean, modern and generally quiet as well as private. We found it to be the perfect alternative to a hotel room and at an affordable price. Fully recommend this property

Convenient location for working downtown and being able to live without a car. Clean property. Owner was responsive when issues with WiFi came up. Overall great place to be for a 10 week summer working trip.

Lovely, charming bungalow. The house is in a fantastic upscale neighborhood and offers wonderful opportunities for walks and even hiking. The views from the spacious balcony that runs the length of the house are jaw-dropping. The only thing that may need consideration is there are no blinds on the large windows facing the street from the kitchen. Otherwise the house is quiet, clean and a perfect location to visit Portland.

We stayed in this property for 3.5 months during a travel therapy contract. Alisa & Kim were so kind, always offering their help/assistance while also giving us plenty of space. The unit was equipped with everything we could need for a long stay. All new appliances, plenty of closet/storage and a cozy living area.

Great condo in a nice location. Nice home away from home for several weeks. Dedicated off street parking spot was definitely a bonus in NW Portland.
