Your family will be close to everything when you stay at "Pelican Reef" It is 12 minutes to the Port-A Ferry and 5 minutes to (2) Premier boat ramps with full service bait houses. The Huge Community Pool is open!
This 3/3 new construction offers storage for fishing gear/Beach toys down stairs, Full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, 4 HD TV's with satellite TV.

Enjoy the Ocean Reef community amenities. Discover a park, a boat washing station, and a swimming pool, and more! Take in the fresh coastal air from your private balcony. Enjoy a coffee on the patio while relaxing in the crisp Gulf air. Discover ample parking with room under the carport for your boat and up to 2 vehicles. The cove harbor marina is located only one mile for easy access to the pristine waters.

Inside you will find an open floor plan with room for all to enjoy. The living room is set with a plush sofa, where you can unwind and watch your favorite show from the Smart TV. There are two twin size pull out sleeper chairs in the living area for extra sleeping space. Head to the kitchen for a snack, where you will find granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Here you can prepare a gourmet meal for your family or make a warm cup of coffee. The comforts of home can be found in each bedroom with fresh linens, fluffy pillows, and TVs for late night viewing. The primary bedroom is set with a Queen bed. The second a Queen Bed and the third bedroom an extra comfortable sleeper sofa. As an added bonus a washer and dryer can be found in the unit to freshen up any clothes during your vacation.

This home is just minutes away from all the fun that Rockport-Fulton offers, such as excellent fishing, sailing, birding, shopping, art activities, sightseeing via boat or land, museums, festivals and more! Rockport-Fulton is home to many historical sights and parks, such as the Fulton Mansion Historic Site, Goose Island State Park and The Big Tree, and The Texas Maritime Museum. The Town of Fulton's fishing pier rebuild is complete, and certainly a must to check out!

There are boat slips available at nearby marina for $40 per day!

Summer trip

We enjoyed the place, it was very convenient to the nice community pool. The property manager was easy to reach if we needed anything. We would definitely go back!

Didn't use the pet area, didn't go to the pool, the kitchen was good except that it didn't have a trash can. It would have been nice to use the garage door, we had to carry our fishing gear upstairs each day.

Great Place to Stay

This was a very nice place for us. Really liked that it had a guest room downstairs with its own bathroom, so no one had to share. We really enjoyed our stay. The only things that would be a negative were that there were not any dish towels in the kitchen and there were not any extra rolls of paper towels. Other than that, it was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a great spot in Rockport. This was our third time vacationing in Rockport and this was our favorite rental this far. Nice sized kitchen, comfortable beds, nice couch and my kids loved the separated room downstairs. The community pool was clean and not very busy, which was great for relaxing.

Just perfect!

This is by far the best vacation we have ever had and it had a lot to do with how awesome this property was. It was super clean, had everything we needed and things not expected like spices and a big thing of coffee. You cannot get to the bottom from the top so with small kids they'd need to stay wherever the parents were but our older kids stayed downstairs and it worked out perfectly! Was close to a lot of great places. We went on Austin street for some amazing shops and Rockport beach was just beautiful and very family friendly. All my kods said they would live in this house and stay in Texas haha! You will not be disappointed staying here!!

Nice clean property. No trash can in kitchen. We weren’t aware that the 3rd bedroom was disconnected from the main house. 3rd room was supposed to be for kids but we didn’t like the idea of them being alone so crammed them in living room. No swimming pool wrist bands were provided.

Great place to stay!

My family enjoyed our stay, we were comfortable and it was very cozy. The only recommendations I would have is putting new pans as the ones available were in poor condition and dirty. Adding some trash bags for the big trashcan in the Kitchen and updating the time frame to get to Port Aransas as the listing shows 26 mins and the drive was over an hour. Besides those few minor things, everything else was great and would definitely recommend!!

Great weekend getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay in Rockport in this beach community. The house was decorated perfectly for a beach getaway. Loved all the beach themed pillows and decor. The split design was perfect for our family of five. It was close enough that we could visit Port A for a day, but stay away from all the Port A tourism. We even drove over to Corpus one day too. We would stay here again.

The downstairs room I would say was an absolute disappointment. The moment you walked in there was an overbearing smell of mold and a musty smell. The AC unit was completely covered in dust and black mold. It appeared as though it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. From the feel of the room it seemed like it was having a very hard time controlling the humidity. The door handle to the outside door was barely attached as well. I felt bad for my mother in law who ended up having to stay in the room to be honest. The upstairs seemed to be in much better condition. No complaint there.

Mothers day getaway

The home and area are beautiful. The upstairs was just right for our family of 7 to spend time together. And the downstairs room was a perfect getaway that allowed my husband and I to enjoy some quiet time while our daughter and her family slept in the upper area. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was that the weekend went by way to fast!

The home is nice and appeared as advertised. There was a mess outside with a bunch of matches scattered through the downstairs seating area and the downstairs room smelled pretty strongly of mildew. When we checked in we let rhe property manager know that there was no trash can for the kitchen and the wrist bands needed for pool admission were missing. A rrash can was never provided so we had to use a trash bag in the floor the entire stay. Additionally, when we tried to use the pool the next day we were denied entry excise we did not have wrist bands. I called the property manager and to her credit she came over in about 30 mins or drop off wrist bands. Apparently the previous occupants did not return the wrist bands and the house keeping team did not replace them or alert the property manager.
