Ideally, located a short walk from downtown, Cocoa Beach, this professionally renovated two bedroom, ocean-facing condo is a great escape for relocating executives, or work from home situations.
Expansive private balcony gives you soaring, 180° views of the Atlantic from the 6th floor.
Walkable to so many restaurants, bars and shopping. Private beach access and heated pool.
Newly renovated with stainless appliances, crown molding throughout. Wonderful main bathroom with extra-large custom shower enclosure.
You will have complete access to the entire apartment + beach and pool amenities. Only 50 residential units in the complex, so there's much less crowding than other condos in town.
We have local, professional property management that can handle any situations that arise.
Super convenient to downtown Cocoa Beach plus several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. You also have access to your own private beach. Extremely quiet and residential.
