El condominio está totalmente equipado para una estancia confortable. Solo traiga su traje de baño / toalla de playa, gafas de sol y loción y prepárese para relajarse y dejar que sus preocupaciones se vayan. Es un lugar espectacular para pasar tiempo con toda la familia. Great location but the unit was not clean and it is dated. The tub was not clean with hair on several places and the bath floor was stained with what I am assuming is just grime from the floor. If you happen to walk barefoot in the unit, your feet would be black on the bottom You could not use the washing machine if you were in the unit because it was so loudThe patio furniture legs stuck to the floor for some reasonI paid over 200 for a cleaning fee and I would say that’s a rip off and you need to get someone in to actually clean.

Nice Condo and View

Nicely appointed condo and from a visitors view, the property is recovering since hurricane last year. Staff at the cafe very professional and helpful. The beach was beautiful!Some of the visitors were pretty noisy late into the evening during a few of the nights.

Sunset Vista Treasure Island

Condo was great and well equipped. Resort was awesome with its kiddy pool and bigger pool. Nice being Gulf Front. Allie at the tiki bar was great. She had awesome info on where to eat in the area. Definitely renting unit again!

Amazing spot with a stunning view

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, everything worked properly.. the view was absolutely stunning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. Everything we look for in a rental property was met with 5 stars. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time, great property and location. Our recommendations would be more towels & wash cloths, blankets for beds, dish soap, salt/pepper, keurig. Thank you for an amazing stay...we will be back.

Beach getaway

Our stay to treasure island was great. It was two couples and the unit was as described and suited us well. It was clean and decent size for two couples. There were beach towels and beach chairs/items that someone had left behind which was a nice perk. The pool bar was fun and we drank the board for our tshirts! The only downside was the pool crowd on the weekend. Not sure if they were guests or walk ups from the public beach but they were drunk and disorderly which was a bummer. The pool and beach area is beautiful. The condo location was close to many good restaurants and some shops at John’s pass. We also took the trolley to Clearwater beach one day which was only $10 for our group! The only extras I would have liked were more essentials such as garbage bags, toilet paper, extra towels, coffee, laundry pods.complex amenity description. We will return to this area.

Wonderful for 4 adults

The visit was awesome. The beds could be a little more comfortable. With 6 adults the pullout sofa mattress part is not an option and needs replaced or a topper used on it. Luckily our adult kids switched off and on to get some sleep from the other bedroom. Very nice and very clean other than that. Thank you.

Beautiful and Easy Breezy!

My husband, mom, 2 year old and I stayed here for a belated 60th birthday gift for my mom and a vacation. The condo was great, check in/out was so easy, it was clean, had the basic necessities and the sunsets were beautiful. Some updates from other reviews- the coffee pot was a standard size; the carpet has been removed; the king size bed was soft, but I didn't find it to be uncomfortable; there are no spices but there were lots of utensils, cups, plates; and there were beach toys, a few beach towels and at least two chairs in the closet. We were given the wrong pool code initially, but got a response with a new code right away even though it was after business hours. We want to come back with more of our family and rent at least two units next time!

Beautiful Sunsets

Condo was clean and neat. Beautiful sunsets off balcony facing west. Nothing left behind - so plan on buying every item including even Salt/Pepper. Coffee pot is very small. We did have issue with refrigerator not being cold - and the response was excellent and it was fixed within 2 hours of the call.
