Penthouse Retreat with Stunning Gulf Views & Two Master Suites

Beautiful penthouse condo with spectacular Gulf views and a perfect location describes this 3-bedroom (including 2 master bedrooms), 3-bath Oceana West condo hotel. You will not be disappointed here!

This unit features clean, contemporary finishes and a fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and open sight lines to the water. There's plenty of dining space plus a breakfast bar, all open to a spacious living area with a 65" flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, and comfortable seating. Double balcony sliders let in the fresh air on perfect-weather days.

The Gulf-front master bedroom offers a 50" flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, king-size bed, private bath with step-in shower, and sliders to the oversized balcony. The second master bedroom with a queen bed, 45" flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and private bath with step-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed, 45" flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an inside washer/dryer.

Guests also have access to a 7th-floor rooftop sun deck. The unit includes one assigned under-building parking spot (space 602W). Parking is strictly limited to your assigned space and vehicles in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing.

The Oceana complex includes two buildings, each with a pool and hot tub. The sister property, Oceana East (across the street on the Intracoastal), also offers a fishing dock. You'll be within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, bars, and more. Oceana East has three guest parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. The owner provides a couple of beach chairs for the unit; additional beach chairs, loungers, and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Only one assigned parking space. Guests spots are available.

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the views were amazing. If I had any complaint, it would just be the water pressure in the showers and the comfort of the queen beds.

We had a relaxing time. The beach was amazing. We rented a cabana 2 days which was really easy and made our time on the beach enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo!

Condo was wonderful in a good location where its in walking distance to restaurants and some shopping but far enough away to be a bit calmer. Water pressure a bit low, bathroom fan didnt work and parking is tight but we have a large SUV. All so minor we didnt even complain but all in all, great place.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath, spacious,clean. The view was incredible, being right on the gulf. Easy access, down gulf boulevard. Great restaurants in the area. You could walk to some. We would love to return.

Our room was great, views even better. The only downside I have is the elevator was terrible and we only had one parking place which caused an $80 parking ticket on second car.

Beautiful Views & Sunsets

Our stay was very nice. Spectacular views of the ocean!!! There were 4 of us( 2 couples). The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great too, steps from beach, near many fun/local establishments. The only con i found, could use a couple chairs that so not sit so low. I had a surgery a couple weeks ago, and could not use the chairs in the unit. We were able to rent chairs right there, (extra cost) which was nice, but it would’ve been nice to have a higher type of chair ro have to sit and watch the sunset. We had a GREAT time. Thanks again

Clean & comfortable. Living room seating nice for all. The rooms were a little small but it worked. 1 parking space was tough but we’re we able to secure free guest spots for the other cars. Would return.

We loved the penthouse. It was clean and roomy for 6 adults and one baby. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Location was great. Right on beach grocery within walking distance. Loved that we could walk to Sloppy Joes and Caddy’s right from the beach. The rooftop at the condo was great to watch fireworks on Fourth of July!

Best View on the Beach

Great place with an amazing view. Able to house our two families (7 people) with room to roam. And again, out the front door you have a view of the (inter-coastal) waterway and off the balcony you have the best view of the gulf/beach. Ideally, I would have liked to have more options within walking distance (coffee, dinner, etc.). But overall, great stay.
