Spacious one-story coastal townhouse in well sought out Carmel Valley. Just minutes from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping at One Paseo and Del Mar Heights. Short drive to Del Mar Fairgrounds Racetrack and Torrey Pines Golf Course amongst other San Diego attractions! Less than 4 miles from the beach!

Cozy well-furnished two bedroom and two bathrooms makes this a comfortable home. 2 works spaces available, one in the second bedroom and another in the dining kitchen area! Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, with plenty of space for clothes and belongs. Bathroom has both a shower and bathtub!

Versatile second bedroom can be used as a work retreat using the desk and office chair or as a second sleeping area equipped with daybed that has a pull away trundle underneath which provides two twin beds. Second bathroom, with shower and tub.

Fully equipped kitchen with loads of counter space! Furnished with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, toaster and a whole lot more. Large kitchen table that comfortably seats 4. Desk area for those who like to multitask while enjoying time in the kitchen.

Family room, with large screen TV (internet access Roku to login onto your TV entertainment apps).

Our stay at Seabreeze Townhome couldn’t have been better. It had all the comforts of home including a completely outfitted kitchen with everything one could need to make meals. Bed was extremely comfortable. The townhome neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and the pool and tennis courts were unexpected extras. Location is excellent with nearby stores, restaurants and quick access to beach and main highways.

Great townhouse and neighborhood!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Sheila’s townhouse. The townhouse was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we wanted. We also really loved the neighborhood and surrounding area.
