Trinity Tree House- Hot Tub- Close to Resorts/ SAUNA

My place is close to town for convenient shopping & dining, and very close to all public beaches. Mountain biking, hiking trails, cross county skiing are right across from the neighborhood entrance. You’ll love my place because it's on a quiet cul-de-sac street with no through traffic. We are very close to town and we have a hot tub and sauna. The Views of the Lake and mountains are amazing.

Dog owners must be approved prior too booking. Some dogs are not allowed on our insurance policy. There is a pet fee so be sure to include your pet in the count. The fee is around $240 dollars and we use this to update the house each few years by replacing the carpet.

LARGE LEGO BLOCKS- we have a large collection of LEGO block for kids who love legos. The only thing is they must be put back where you found them in the bags. So if you want more details call me after you book with us.

Toys and Books- We try and have a large selection of toys and books on hand please put them back when you are finished playing with them.

Board Games- we do have board games!

POOL:
The pool is only for guest that can stay over 30 nights and is open June, July and Aug months.


Treehouse at Trinity is a 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths home nestled amongst the trees with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. In the winter and spring, the snow capped mountains are framed by the blue sky above and the lake below. In the summer the Aspen trees shimmer in the breeze, and a stone patio is outfitted with furniture for outdoor relaxing while enjoying a beverage or BBQ dinner. On the entry level you'll find a bright & cozy living room and dining area with vaulted ceilings. The fireplace is accented with a copper mantel that reaches to the ceiling, and the outdoor deck baths in all day sun. On this floor you'll also find the kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom, finished with hardwood and stone flooring. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms with tv's - 1 that includes a very comfortable king bed, 2nd one has a single/single bunk bed for overflow sleeping and the 3rd room has a queen all upstairs and downstairs there is a queen room. Our home has been upgraded with a nice new kitchen featuring alder cabinets, granite counter tops, a new fridge, dishwasher, and cook top. There's a sheltered jacuzzi spa and a soothing sauna for added relaxation amenities, and for the youngster's there's two sand boxes and a cute little tree fort.


Other things to note:
We have beach toys and beach chairs. There is an umbrella at the house but sometimes they break so not always the best to rely on it.

We have a sandboxs with toys.

There is no central ac. Three are two units in the house one in the master bedroom and the other in the hall you have to leave the bedroom doors open for the house to cool off.
