Welcome to paradise at Sugar Beach Resort! This stunning 1-bed, 1-bath condo is your ideal beach getaway. Recently remodeled and sparkling clean, it accommodates families of 5 with ease. The master bedroom features a plush queen bed and direct access to the Jack and Jill bathroom for convenience. In the living room, two pull-out sofa beds – one queen, one twin – provide additional sleeping space. Enjoy Gulf-front living in style, with all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation. Dive into relaxation, soak up the sun, and create cherished beach memories in this gorgeous condo. Book now for your dream vacation!

Condo does have about 4-5 easy steps down from parking lot to front door

Clean room, nicely decorated- the lady loved it. Comfortable bedGood A/CGated complex was good and grounds were nice. Pool was clean. 3 lights were out,-2 in the hall and one in the bedroom.The office was closed for the weekend when we were booked to arrive, but we figured things out quickly, and it wasn't an issue as I already had the info necessary to get in to our unit. Host was nice and responded to all questions. Overall stay was great.

Regarding the HOA office, yes it being a smaller gated community they aren't open on weekends, but like you said we make sure to get you all the info you need prior to arriving anyway and can always call me for anything needed. Very conveniently located near the beach.Only issue I had was the ceiling fan in the bedroom made a loud noise when the fan was operating.
