The room was cozy and very clean. The beach amenities (chairs, towels, and umbrella) made our trip even better since we flew in. The views from the condo were amazing, especially for the sunset each evening.

Place was very clean. Couldn't ask for much easier beach access. Plenty of space near the pool if you want to hang out there instead of by the ocean. Halfway between Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater, so a car is needed, but overall a great place to stay.

Spring Training Fling

this is our second time on Bel-Air Beach at the same condo. Just wonderful being right on the water. Fabulous sunsets, listening to the waves on the balcony just lets all the stress vanish. Facilities and amenities as pictured/noted. Just one comment about the bed-mattress could probably be updated/replaced as it was a bit uncomfortable.

Peaceful paradise

My husband and I escaped the cold north for a not as cold week at the beach. The location was perfect. We were able to visit so many fun places and retire for the evening with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from the condo. We made many meals in the well equipped kitchen. Coffee on the sundeck in the morning was a great start to our day. We would have stayed another week if the condo were available. Can't wait to go back.

Loved our little place!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy feet VR -Belleaire beach. It was very clean. A little small for 4 people, but we didn't spend a lot of time inside. The view was amazing! We just opened the curtains and there was the ocean! We were able to watch the dolphins jumping from our balcony area. The pool was clean and warm. When we contacted Sandy Feet VR staff about getting in a little bit earlier, they got right back to us. It was quiet and everyone was nice!

Weekend stay

The condo was perfect and accurate to the photos presented. Found out that the coffee maker was broke. Texted with management and it was replaced within hours. So responsive? Yep! definitely on top! Location was awesome. Not many people on the beach so not overly crowded. Clearwater is like 5 min away with plenty to do. Would stay again.
