Take shelter and unwind in this newly renovated retreat with separate bedrooms, then come together in central kitchen, living and dining area. Enjoy the newly completed pool just steps from this unit. Just steps away from Mandalay Channel and 4 blocks from the beach, you will revel in the beauty of the natural surroundings, ocean birds, dolphins and manatees. Laundry available on-site at the back of the building.
The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.
