Private balcony in a rare 4-bedrooom beachfront condo! Enjoy ocean front elegance in a 3,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths,& another 500 square feet on the balcony! All rooms have access to the balcony with an ocean view & a built in Jenn Air Grill. The unit features 2 King Suites, 1 Queen suite with sitting room, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. In addition we have 4 twin-size roll away beds. New 50" smart TV in the main bedroom.

Pool open evenings and weekends due to painting project 10/13-11/10 (TBD). Completion date is weather dependent.

At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.

No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.

Includes two parking spaces, one assigned space in north garage (6'6" max. clearance) and the other a floating space, also in the north garage.

Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.

Pets at Ocean Vistas:
This is a “Pet Friendly” building. However, for the safety of all our furry friends, please have an updated copy of your pet’s vet records with pet’s weight and showing all immunizations are current.

No more than 2 pets are permitted in any 1 unit, no aggressive breeds are allowed, and there is an 80 LB combined size limit.

Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas.
