We are sorry this guest did not thoroughly enjoy their stay and truly wish they had reached out so we could have addressed any issues right away. We communicated with this guest long before the stay and answered all of their questions (including adding a military discount). We were present when they checked-in so I am not sure what we could have done to improve that aspect of the visit or what additional information was needed. Direct cell phone numbers for the hosts were provided to reach us at any time; however, the guest never reached out during the stay and did not give us their cell (and it was hidden in VRBO). Additionally, we reached out three times via the VRBO app to check-in during their stay and did not receive any replies. Had we known there were any issues, we would have tried RIGHT AWAY to resolve them. We are honest in our listing that this house is quite vintage but all items that guests use beds, linens, towels are new. Thank you
