Nestled in the heart of South Yarmouth, our spacious, inviting 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and fun. With two expansive living spaces and a large backyard, there’s ample room for relaxation and entertainment. It sleeps 6- 14 people comfortably for an extended family/large group getaway on mid-Cape. New mini-splits installed (Fall 2024) for cold A/C throughout the entire home.

Family vacation

Great property and location. Host was attentive, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. House was well setup for our family gathering and accommodated our 8 adults and 2 small children very well. We had a great stay.

Why they chose this property

It is a convenient and centrally located neighborhood surrounding Long Pond with beautiful views and away from it all, yet you are minutes away from all attractions and modern conveniences like grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, and pharmacies. Long Pond offers low key kayaking, fishing, and swimming opportunities, without the crowds, with 2 public access points less than a mile from our home. So many ocean beaches to choose from within a 5-10 min drive.
