The space is tastefully renovated and decorated. Ocean view from your front covered balcony that overlooks famous Flagler Ave .
Enjoy breakfast , a glass of wine or barbecue dinner while watching all the action on Flagler Ave . Rear outdoor seating area overlooks beautiful Zen courtyard with soothing fountain, beautiful plants, and colorful flowers. Enjoy a cup of coffee from Cool Beans Cafe down below or listen to the music from Trader's bar next door.

Since this exceptional unit is located in the middle of busy Flagler Ave and next to bars and restaurants, guests need to be aware of nightly noise coming from music, pedestrians and vehicles mostly on weekends.

We stayed here to be near the many restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. it is perfectly located! A small place but just fine for a couple. Good accommodations, although an older place (fewer electrical outlets, small toilet). The owner is VERY accessible and kind!

I give this place 3 C's clean/cozy/comfy!! Excellent communication easy checkin, easy house rules. Even tho we are from Daytona we love staycations in NSB. Vibe is great and being right in the heart of it was perfect. Nejma's Jessimine boutique apartments are perfect. We needed nothing and we can stay here monthly. I was ready to just move in. Thank you Nejma!!

In 1988, I opened my boutique in New Smyrna Beach. May 30, 2024 I retired from retail. I have an amazing son, granddaughter, grand son and daughter in law my #1 hobby is Traveling and my grands I'm fluent in French, English and Arabic.
