Casa Markel Hermosa was the perfect set up for 3 couples staying for 8 nights over new years. We were met by Ramon and given a full tour and explanation of the house at check in. The house is very unique with open living spaces, amazing views and a/c in the bedrooms. A couple of us thought the beds were hard and not very comfortable though. Ramon is an outstanding host, helpful and responsive. We were provided ample drinking water, and just needed to WhatsApp Ramon if we needed anything including extra towels.The house sits on a hill and the golf carts struggle to make it up the steep driveway, but they do. The only issue we had was, we accidentally left the metal door open to the pool area at night and had a surprise visit from a coati that ransacked our food and made a huge mess in the kitchen. After extensive clean up we kept all food in the small room where the safe is located. All in all a wonderful stay and would stay again.
