Welcome to El Palmar Cottage Unit II, your serene getaway nestled Third Row from the white sands and in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. This charming cottage with 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy modern essentials, air conditioning for those warm Florida days, and general heating for cozy evenings. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet and whip up your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen. Just steps away from the sandy shores, El Palmar Cottage promises a memorable beach escape.

El Palmar is a duplex property (2 Apt) that transforms into one Large Beach House by an INDOOR connection between second and third bedrooms.  In addition, it has a connecting walkway between our two balconies (front and rear) for an outdoor connection. It is perfect for a large group of friends or a family's fun getaway Across the Beach, where you do not share the amenities. If you are interested in the Whole House Option, please ask the Owner.

Beach access at both corners of the property. The closest is on the north end, 3 doors from our front, and a short walk across the street to the beach. Max 2-3 minutes walk. You'll also have a nice lounging area in the back covered patio and private parking too!

Enjoyed our stay

Property was very clean. Short walk to the beach, coffee, dinner. Our only issue was that we could not get the major tv stations (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX NEWS). And one of the bedroom tvs you could not get past the Roku Home Screen.

Fantastic location and experience

The location is the best! Right across the street from the beach, a block from a beautiful nature preserve, and in the heart of IRB restaurants and culture. The owner is amazing and makes sure you have everything you could possibly need or want!

Rest and relax to perfection!

We so enjoyed out stay - the location is super convenient to the beach and Eating - all very walkable. The property is in excellent shape - Mia is a great host and clearly takes pride in providing a wonderful experience. Highly recommend - pictures don’t do the space justice!

A week at the beach

Very nice, well equipped home. So convenient to everything IRB has to offer especially the beach. The owners even provided everything you need for a great day on the beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect Spot!

Mia was a wonderful host! The apartment was neat and clean and well appointed. It was awesome to have that huge, beautiful beach just steps away. Great little restaurants in both directions within walking distance. Everything you could ask for in a beach vacation. We had a super time! Would stay here again without question.

Fantastic property

We spent 10 days in Indian Rocks Beach and loved every minute of it. The property was so nice that we ended up canceling some of our plans to do overnight outings to other places because we were so happy where we were. Mia (the property manager) was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We are hoping to come back next year!!!

Delightful duplex, right across from beach

This property was very clean and well decorated. The furniture was nice and the beach toys provided were plentiful. We enjoyed the screened in porch upstairs and the firepit area downstairs. It is an ideal property for a larger group that would rent both units. The owner is very responsive and conveys a real desire for you to have everything needed to enjoy your stay.
