Great family Experience

It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach! Loved the fishing spot just behind the condo. We would book again without hesitation!

Enjoyable stay with beautiful view

We had a great time. The place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place with beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. 100% Recommend a stay here.

Perfect location!

We had the best time! The location was just across the street from beach access and they had all of the things to make the walk simple and easy! The Sweet Brewnette cafe on the first floor is a famiky fav for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location

The penthouse was beautiful. We used the balconies everyday. It was a short walk to beach access and very close to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very helpful, too.

Condo was equipped with EVERYTHING you could want! Location was great. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms Would highly recommend this condo !!

Great Location

The condo was perfect. The roof top balcony was where we spent most of our time as the temperature was perfect the week we visited.. aside from a little rain from huricane michael. It was clean and well furnished, we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! I would definitley recomend staying here!

Awesome rental!

Our family had a wonderful experience at the penthouse! The rental is very clean and Holly was easy to communicate with and she responded very quickly! The amenities cannot be beat! If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is the perfect place. The beach wagon, chairs, towels, and kitchen supplies were fantastic. Will definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed staying at this property! The location was great, the property was a good size for us and it was very well stocked with supplies. We brought beach chairs and umbrellas but the unit had plenty for all of us and a cart to haul them to the beach. It was close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

Great Location, Boat Dock, Awesome Views!

Overall this place was amazing. It was very spacious and clean for us. Loyola was a fantastic host and made sure everything was set up for us. Our biggest concern was the boat dock and he made sure it was available for us. We would definitely recommend this place.

A Great Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is nice and spacious. It was very clean and well-stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, beach accessories, etc. The surrounding towns are charming, and the beach itself is great. Mr. Sullivan is lovely to interact with. We hope to return.

Great stay in Madeira beach!

This property was great. Very clean, well appointed, perfect location and great views. It had everything we wanted. We were able to walk across the street to the beach, walk two doors down to the candy kitchen for treats, minutes to John’s pass and we even took a quick ride to Clearwater. A few Nights we watched dolphins in the bay from the dock. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great family vacation rental!

We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse in Madeira Beach! It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! We had a large family group, and everything we needed was there, including beach chairs, towels, beach tents and games for all. Thank you for helping create great memories for our family. We look forward to returning next year! :)

Nice escape

We have stayed at Skyline several times, but never in this unit. Large, clean and included chairs, cart, towels and games for the beach. Had a great time and hope to come back soon

Amazing penthouse with great view!

Had an amazing stay !! Condo was emasculate and owners were very accommodating and when we needed anything they were always available !! We will definitely be back!! I highly will recommend this penthouse condo !! Thank you for everything!!

Wonderful place!!

We LOVED the penthouse - views were amazing from every balcony/rooftop!! They had everything we needed for the beach and kitchen. Pool was heated. Communication was great. Easy access to the beach. We also loved the organic coffee shop Sweet Brunette below !! Will be back!!
