This one-of-a-kind seaside property boasts panoramic views of the surroundings San Juan Islands that will quite literally take your breath away!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is nestled amongst mature fir trees, and sits on beautifully manicured
lush green lawns. Abundant with wildlife, you’re likely to spot deer, eagles, frogs, the occasional passing seal, and if you’re really lucky- Orca whales!

Relax on the private beach that is right out your front door! Just a short walk from the house, down your very own private beach path, and you’re there! Enjoy beach combing, picnics, or take a quick swim!

Perfect for the whole family! Soak up the warm sun on the spacious water facing deck. Play yard games on the sprawling lawn, or enjoy preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

Primary bedroom-
The primary bedroom is located on the top floor and offers plenty of natural lighting and a comfortable king sized bed. Beautiful ocean views. Step out on to your very own private balcony and watch the waves!

Second bedroom-
The second bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a comfy queen sized bed. Gorgeous views of the ocean and San Juan Islands!

Third bedroom-
The third bedroom is on the second floor and is located next to the loft/family room. This bedroom offers a twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed underneath. Additionally, there is a small sleeper sofa- perfect for kids!

Charming home on Lummi Island

We loved this home. It was our first time to Lummi Island and we enjoyed every moment. The house is very comfortable, well maintained and very well stocked. It has a great view and we saw bald eagles, porpoises, otters and seals. It was perfect for our grandchildren who were thrilled with the beach just a short walk away. Ashley and Brittany were very helpful!! We would love to come back sometime.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful weekend stay here. We were two families with three small children and it was perfect, very spacious for us all to sleep and have privacy, with enough bathrooms and spaces to unpack our stuff. The kitchen was well stocked and had spices, utensils, pots and pans, and coffee - very grateful for this because we cooked all our meals here. The bathrooms had enough towels for everyone and there was nice soap to use in all the bathrooms and at the kitchen sink. Most importantly, the view was absolutely beautiful from the main window, the short walk down to the beach was great, and the whole house was private and secluded. We went and saw some music at night at the Beach Store, and the island is so quiet and not touristy, and it was great to explore. We lit a fire at night and it was very cozy. All in all, we had a 5 star experience, would highly recommend!
