Enjoy the fresh, contemporary design featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights that bring in natural light and highlight the surrounding greenery.

The home is perfect for groups, offering ample parking and privacy. All three primary suites come with en suite bathrooms. The open-plan living areas flow onto large decks, creating a great space for relaxation and socializing. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and dual dishwashers, ideal for entertaining. The home includes all other essential utilities including A/C and WiFi.

I have stayed in over 100 rental homes and this is absolutely in my top 5. The home is spacious, modern, clean and well-stocked. Additionally, the beds were great and the central air meant we were always comfortable regardless of weather. The owner/host has thought of everything. I highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Communication with the Renae was excellent from start to finish. Quick responses, clear instructions, and very accommodating throughout our stay. It made the whole experience easy and stress-free.The property was as described, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Manzanita getaway!

Our large family had a fantastic stay. This was one of the first times I’ve stayed in a short term rental that exceeded expectations. The kitchen was very well stocked and the grill worked great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable - enough for folks to retreat to when they needed a bit of space.The ocean view from the deck was stunning, and we got to see plenty of birds and deer at all times of day. Beach toys, plenty of firewood, and towels were readily available. Communication with the host was seamless, pleasant, and quick. A high chair and pack-and-play were provided at our request which was hugely helpful. All our needs were anticipated and provided for. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

15 family members ages 6mos to 73 yrs gathered for a week at this spacious home plus an adjacent contemporary home offered by the same owner. From our initial inquiries through our stay the owners host Renae attended to our every need , including organizing a chef for several dinners & arranging for added housekeeping services mid-stay. Renae’s guest information binders were comprehensive & up-to-date. Both homes are spacious, elegant & well organized with well equipped kitchens, bedrooms, baths & laundry. Vehicle access via a quiet semi-private road with ample parking & convenient access to the nearby beach. The quaint seaside town of Manzanita is a short walk away with an eclectic range of cafes, restaurants, galleries, & shops. Private & public spaces are well maintained with many gardens proudly on display in early June. Highly recommended for holiday seekers of all ages!

Cozy, beautiful and spacious

My family and I needed a place to get away and we were thrilled to find this beautiful brand new home just a short walk from the beach. It easily fit everyone with three master suites and three additional rooms for the kids. We loved hanging out in the main room upstairs where we could cook in the fabulous kitchen while hanging out. Theres fireplace, a wrap-around deck, and vaulted ceilings which really adds to the retreat feel. Plus it’s very bright and airy from all of the skylights and doors leading out to the deck. We always felt taken care of as the host was very helpful, answering all our questions promptly, and even providing a pack and play and a high chair for our baby. The home had all of the amenities you’d ever need including fire wood, bath items, and a fully stocked kitchen so we were truly able to relax and disconnect. We never wanted to leave, but the times we did, we thought the town was a lot of fun and is just a short drive. We loved Wanda’s for brunch!Cannot recommend this place enough and we hope we can come back.

the house is designed generously for a comfortable vacation. 3 full en-suite master suites and 3 additional bedrooms provide ample space for a large group vacationing together, kitchen and living spaces are set up for open plan living. Beautifully designed by professional architect with attention to detail. We love our property manager who has been nothing but amazing.
