The only shared bathroom is the Jr Suite and Bunk Room and it's still a high end custom tile full shower. With a full time hot water re-circulation system you step in to a warm shower just seconds after you turn on the water!

We work hard to assure that all amenities are operational at all times including but not limited to the hot tub and game room. Please be aware that the hot tub water is DRAINED, CLEANED & REFILLED with each new guest reservation and can take up to 8 hours to re-heat. We do this as early as possible before each guest checking in to assure the water is warm and ready, but sometimes on tight checkout & in times the water may meed a few more hours to be fully hot. When issues arise, immediate repairs may not always be possible. Thank you for understanding that we can not offer discounts or refunds for amenity downtime caused by circumstances out of our control. We do assure you that we'll attempt to make all repairs as quickly as possible. The home is equipped with front parking and front entrance exterior non-sound recording security cameras. There is also an interior noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. We want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories - these devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
