Summary:

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. Nestled in a quiet area of Pacific Beach, it’s just a 4-minute walk to the sand and 7 minutes to all the action in PB. With southern-facing windows, the apartment is filled with natural light.



Although the appliances are classic, they add to the charm and offer a quintessential beach living experience. Just 15 steps outside, you’ll find yourself looking out at the beautiful Pacific Ocean!



The Space:

Our home is clean and comfortable, though not newly renovated. Some fixtures or paint may show normal cosmetic wear typical of a beach home and may not be fully reflected in the listing photos.

✔️ Bright Bedroom – A queen-size bed and closet with plenty of natural light.

❄️ Like many beach homes in the area, this property does not have central AC or heating. Portable fans and heaters are provided to keep you comfortable year-round.

Pacific Beach is known for the best sandy stretches in the world. Wake up in the morning with fresh coffee, take a 4 min walk to the sand and you’ll be able to walk the tide line for miles. The location of this unit is in northern Pacific Beach which offers really easy access to La Jolla beaches (3 miles), The Village (3.5 miles), and incredible restaurants.

The apartment is in a great, walkable location. It was a good size for three of us. There is no AC but they do provide fans, which was very helpful!

We had an amazing stay at this Pacific Beach rental! The property was clean and cozy! Well-maintained from the moment we walked in. Bare bones & difficult parking

We got in late on our first night and had a very difficult time finding parking and there’s if the trip. I specifically asked about street parking and the manager said it was not a problem, it is in the summer. When we arrived it was very dark and difficult to see which unit it was. The place is bare bones and could use some updating , simple things like towel hooks. There’s no place to sit outside to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning which we missed in the photos. All the windows look into other units which is not easy to see in the photos, it felt dark and a little depressing. The couch had some questionable stains which made it feel gross. They did come to clean those off the sofa bed when we complained. Aside from that, the unit was clean. We were praying a premium price because of the time of year and it was way overpriced for what it was, in our opinion.
