Tucked into a leafy, tree-lined section of NE Portland, the Alberta Arts District is a vibrant arts and foodie paradise – quintessential Portland and a destination unto itself, and yet also easily accessible to downtown, to the Coast and the Gorge, and to the greater Portland area.
Alberta Arts is one of Portland's premier and most coveted neighborhoods: an established and lively district, 15 minutes to downtown, close to everything, and charmingly eclectic. It’s easy to get around on foot, your own car, shared transportation (including Uber), or public transport (3 major bus lines within 3 blocks of the front door).
Here, we’re a city not just of drinkers, but of explorers: in Portland and the Alberta Arts District, in particular, we brew, we ferment (kombucha and cider), we frequent taprooms, we offer growler fill-ups, and we even have family-friendly brewpubs. And, did we mention? We also roast many coffee brands – several within blocks!

MINIMUM NIGHTS (WEEKEND RENTALS)
In all seasons except winter, we generally require a 3- or 5-night minimum, if you will be staying over a portion of a weekend. That said, there are always exceptions.
So, please inquire before booking. we’ll make it a priority to respond quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
CANCELLATION POLICY (In the unlikely instance that you must cancel)
• If you cancel
> = 60 days prior to Check in date = 100% refund
> or = 30 days prior = 50% refund
<30 days prior = 0% refund
We charge a non-refundable $99 accidental damage fee to cover damage up to $1,200. We never anticipate damage and, in 6 years, I've found our guests don’t either.
We occasionally allow pets. Please inquire first with your details. ($100 non- refundable fee)
When you book The Gingko GuestHouse, you're booking a house that we personally own and manage. We live in and love Portland. If anything comes up during your stay, we’re just a phone call away. You’re our priority!
