Excellent location. short walk to the beach. The condo is well stocked with things you want for beach visits and daily outings. Condo is dated, but a good value overall.

The beed room fan was broken and no AC effect in bedroom. All the time it was hot and difficult to sleep. I had to leave two days earlier due to family reasons and informed the property owner and suppose to get refund for two days which is still not done Not recommended until you are looking for cheap option.
