Welcome to our private tropical oasis! This newly updated 1,478 sq. ft. end-unit offers the perfect retreat. Surrounded by lush tropical plants, you’ll enjoy privacy and tranquility, with no neighbors above or below you. The home features massive wood beams and large windows that flood the space with natural light. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates families or groups. Loft can function as a dedicated workspace, play area, or an extra sleeping space. Perfect for groups attending weddings at the nearby Westin Ocean Resort or Makai Golf Course. After a day at the beach or golfing, unwind in the largest heated pool in Princeville or on the new XL egg chair for 2 on your private deck. Fire up the grill by the pool or play games in the clubhouse. There is a small shared yard on one side of the property where kids can play. Conveniently located, you’re just a short walk to the Westin Ocean Resort, Wyllie's and Anini Beach trail, and Makai golf course, while shopping centers, a local farmer’s market, and parks are only a 3-minute drive away. Hanalei Bay and other North Shore attractions are within 10-15 minutes by car. Enjoy the luxury of living in a resort community with all the comforts of home for a fraction of the price. -Keep screen doors shut to keep bugs & wildlife out.

-Take cardboard to Transfer Station on Kuhio Hwy. Disposal is Free.
-No machine use during quiet hours.
-Parking pass required
-No smoking except in the designated area, at the end of the parking lot by the green fence and planter boxes.
-Use the Pool & Pavilion during open hours only, between 9am & 9pm daily. Please read and observe the posted Pool and Pavilion rules, for changes and updates.
-For health and safety reasons, do not feed feral chickens and cats.

Even though it has a secluded feel, Princeville still offers all the comforts and necessities for daily living, making it the ideal balance between tranquility and convenience. It's a place where you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty around you and feel rejuvenated!

What makes my property truly unique is its fantastic location and stunning architectural features. You can enjoy the best of both worlds here—just a stone's throw from the beach, a golf course, a resort, and various shops. The property showcases beautiful architecture with massive wood beams and grand windows that invite the outdoors in, surrounded by lush tropical plants that create a serene ambiance. Plus, it offers incredible value by providing four sleeping spaces for the price of just one hotel room at the nearby resort. It's the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience that sets us apart!
