Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers. Experience what Bristol has to offer with a stay at our house. Enjoy the pristine lake from the walk-in sandy private beach, or enjoy lakeside views from the rooftop deck on the boathouse. A private mooring and walk-on beach make boating, canoeing, tubing, and kayaking all easy and enjoyable. An outdoor shower is also available for a quick cleanup after enjoying sand and water activities.

The property is very lovely. Newfound Lake is beautiful and, as advertised, is one of the cleanest lakes you will ever find. This is one of the few properties that has a walk-in beachfront and is perfect for small children. The open concept first floor was wonderful, and the bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and seating area above the boathouse, where we spent our evenings watching the moonrise! Kristin, our host, was very accommodating, and I would highly recommend this location for your family!

Perfect place to vacation

Wonderful place for a vacation. Check in was easy. A beautiful house, lots of space for everyone, fantastic beach, boathouse and deck. So many things were provided that made our stay stress free. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighbors on either side were friendly. They told us if we needed anything to just ask. It was also quiet and peaceful. We heard loons just about every day. Kristin was a great host; she was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would love to return next year. Without a doubt this was the best place we have stayed at on Newfound Lake.

A beautiful property - we stayed with our 4 young children and my parents for a multi generational trip. The open floor plan was great for visiting, the deck and fire pit for finishing out the day, and the beach was where we spent our days swimming and kayaking. The property was everything as described by the host, very clean, and well done. Hopefully we will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Kristin's house on Newfound Lake. We saw beautiful sunrises right from every bedroom also from the living room/kitchen. The house was beautiful! We loved the private beach and deck. Kristin was a great Host.
