The cabin was accurately described on the Home Away app
The cabin was accurately pictured and described on the Home Away app. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It is a long drive to the grocery store, but that was stated in the description. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. I would definitely recommend this place.
The Great Escape-Awesome
If you are looking for a great, peaceful vacation with an exceptional screen porch you will just love this property! We really enjoyed our stay!
Mountain getaway close to Blue Ridge
Excellent experience from beginning to end, very professional management. No issues arose during our stay, and the property was beautiful. Situated on typical winding, hilly mountain roads, but close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Mt. Mitchell state park, many attractions. We absolutely loved the huge screened in porch, spent much of our down time and all of our meals there. Our two preschool-aged children were very comfortable, not a lot of breakables despite the lovely decor. Thank you for a great home base for our mountain trip.
The property is well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for ease of cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening breeze from the screened in porch. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and all that it has to offer. Lots of nice hiking trails in the area.
Very charming house
Perfect size for our family of 4 and we spent 99% of our time on the screened in porch, beautiful. The driveway is a bit of a hike up but not too bad. Made for a nice walk to go down and around the area. Lots of dogs in the area greeted us:) The house had everything we needed and the yard was a bonus so we didn't have to have the dogs go down the front stairs all the time.
