Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Close all the shades in the house and turn off the thermostat. The thermostat is located to the left of the TV on the third floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud noise (inside or outside) between 10pm to 8am. No loud noise outside at any time (e.g. no screaming, loud music, use of loud machinery, etc.)
No jacuzzi use between 10pm and 8am. Do not adjust the temperature of the jacuzzi. Do not attempt to turn the jacuzzi off.
Small gatherings (10 people or less) are OK if you ensure no parking in driveway, respect neighbors, and observe quiet hours which begin at 10pm.

The host was responsive to all of our questions and the instructions for access were clear and concise. The views from the upper levels were spectacular but the garage bedroom was odd. The hot tub was a wonderful amenity. Thanks!

House was great. We had no issue with the stairs. Definitely a very steep street so if you have mobility issues walking up and down the hill may be an issue. The host was great. Would highly recommend
