The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in Solara Resort, thoughtfully crafted for your comfort and enjoyment. The first floor features an open-concept layout, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for relaxation and shared meals. Step outside to the private heatable pool on the patio, offering the ultimate space for relaxation and family fun. This floor also includes a king master suite for convenience and privacy, a half bathroom, and a fun game room to entertain both kids and adults.
Upstairs, a cozy family room awaits, ideal for gatherings and unwinding together. The second floor features a king master suite and three additional bedrooms: a Mickey-themed room with two twin beds, a Beauty and the Beast-themed room with a bunk bed (double and single) and a trundle bed (single), accommodating up to four guests, and a room with two double beds and its own private bathroom. Maria was so accommodating and helpful even when we had issues with the pool heater. The house is huge, with plenty of room for large families. The resort pool and splash pad were a great hit with our little ones.The kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need. They only provide the minimum in terms of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and garb bags so guests should bring their own hygiene items. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home.

My pool heat never worked, the pool light was broken it took them 3 days to come fix it! None of the remotes work to any of the tvs they are either broken or missing batteries. The house was not cleaned very well there was debris everywhere! The bunk beds were broken up top and was unable to use! There were balls of hair all over the carpets! Overall this house is well equipped but just needs more maintenance and a good clean! I wouldn’t stay here again. Our host Maria was nice and communication was good!

My family and I loved the house so much. There was so much space for everyone & the pool was just an added bonus! Maria was such a great help with fast responses when an asked. Would definitely recommend staying here , & will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this home for over 10 days and were very disappointed. The property was not properly cleaned or inspected upon arrival. The main floor couch was dirty with food debris and contained pieces of glass, which was unsafe. Carpets needed deep cleaning, as our children found debris daily. We vacuumed them ourselves. Dirty towels were left in the laundry room upon arrival. The home was poorly stocked and maintained, with mismatched or broken dishes and unusable kitchen tools. Several amenities did not work, including the pool heater (despite paying extra), the upstairs mini fridge, hair dryers, and the pool safety gate, which is a serious safety concern. Repeated communication was required to address these issues. We reached out daily during our stay requiring constant follow ups. Baby items were not communicated correctly. We paid for extra items unnecessarily. Beds were poorly prepared, TVs and remotes were not fully functional, and outdoor patio cushions were worn and mismatched.Overall, the stay required far more effort than reasonable, and the home is clearly not being properly managed. We would not stay here again. Solara itself is a beautiful, well-maintained resort, and we felt more comfortable using the community amenities than staying in the house, which was the best part of our experience.
