Hermosa casa, recién remodelada lista para su familia. Ubicación perfecta (a menos de una milla de Parris Island) y centralizada a todas las bases militares, tiendas, restaurantes y playas locales. El aeropuerto internacional de Savannah está a unos 45 minutos y el aeropuerto de Charleston a unos 90 minutos. El hogar admite mascotas (tarifa de $ 100 por mascota) y le pedimos que mantenga a la mascota en una jaula mientras no está en casa. No se permiten gatos, ya que soy muy alérgico. 1 perro / animal máx. No hay gatos, pájaros, roedores, reptiles. También vivo cerca, así que siempre estoy a solo una llamada de distancia. Cargo por salida tardía: $ 50 por 30 minutos, a menos que se hayan hecho arreglos previos.

Perfect spot

Great location, close to a majority of shops and restaurants. We loved being able to use the porch on the breezy evenings while utlizing the grill. People in the neighborhood were friendly and helped when our dog dashed out the front door. The property manager was great to work with and answered any questions we had. I will recommend to others I know that visit the area to stay here.

Dog Friendly

Overall the unit was clean for the most part, spacious and we loved having the large fenced in yard for our dogs. However, the dog bowls were dirty when we arrived (we brought and used our own) and there was a strong odor of cleaning products that seemed to be masking dog odors that lingered our entire trip. Our dogs are hypo-allergenic so dog odors may be more sensitive to us than other dog owners.

Not what I expected.

Our weekend started with the owner not sending us the code to get in the front door. She then failed to respond to my multiple messages. Check-in time was 4:00PM. And while I told her it would be after 7:00PM before I arrived, it was actually 7:45PM before she finally called me with the code stating she had "computer issues". As this was a fairly new rental, I expected it to be clean. I was sadly disappointed. I wish there was a way to attach the pictures I took. The grass in the front yard was over a foot tall, and the front porch was covered in leaves. It actually looked like an abandoned house from the outside. I'm not sure the inside of the house had been cleaned recently either. The bathroom rugs were filthy. I was glad there was a washing machine, because I immediately laundered them. There was dust on the surfaces of most of the furniture, and food (popcorn and chips) on the rug in the den area. I had to vacuum as we had a toddler who wanted to eat the leftover "treats". When I went to fix breakfast the first morning, I found the frying pan covered in rust. I have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals (including one in Beaufort) and have never been disappointed. I'm sorry to say that I will not recommend this rental to anyone.

Great for USMC graduations

House is close to base, clean, big yard, fire pit, enclosed patio, grills, comfortable beds, easy check in and out. Would stay again.

Short vacation

We loved renting this home. It was just what we needed for our short stay. Clarissa was very helpful whenever we needed her. The only thing the home needs is a TV in the 2 guest bedrooms. Other than that we will definitely be staying again ❤️

Perfect location for Graduation. Being from the dry climate all the green growing on everything was different for us. The house is older than most, but everything works well.

Home away from home!

My family and I had a great time being together and celebrating this wonderful achievement of my son graduating Marine training. The place was neat and clean. The host went out of her way to make it comfortable and homey, it was truly a home away from home. Thank you very much, we will recommend this place to anyone.

A great place for Marine families

This property is only about 15-20 min from Parris Island, making it perfect for families who are coming to see their Marines graduate from boot camp! It’s very close to major stores. It’s equipped with all the kitchen amenities you need as well as an outdoor grill and fire pit if the weather is nice. Two spacious bedrooms for two couples and a room with two twin beds for the kids. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Family time

This property is perfect for family. We travel down from New Jersey a lot as our daughter lives locally. The property is a great location and very spacious. Clarissa was very prompt in responding and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Grandson's graduation stay

The house was just what we needed. We were a party of 8, ranging in age from 65 to 13. There was plenty room for everyone. Books, games and puzzles were available for our use.A wonderful time was had by all. Communications with our host was exceptional. Thanks for everything.

Happily comfortable and spacious

My family spent a few nights to attend my nephews graduation. It was a perfect size for us all to have our own space and get ready without too much waiting. The space and primary bedroom was perfect for my two aging parents. I had to find a home that didn’t have stairs, a step in shower, and space to move around. The kitchen was great too. We were a coffee drinking group so we bought a box of Keurig and left a bowl of a array of sugars for the next group :). The only issues I could give feedback would be the shower water pressure was weak and the smaller bedroom beds, sheets, and pillows were not comfortable and worn out and oldest than the other rooms. But the other beds were great and new pillows, sheets, and mattresses would fix that easily so not too big and for the price it was a great deal.

Lovely house

The space was perfect for our needs. There were some concerns that I made the owner aware of. Hopefully they were taken care of. Needs a thorough cleaning and some TLC.

A little overpriced

Good experience

The house was nice and newly remodeled, the backyard was nice and larger than expected. I have to agree with another reviewer that the house was not as clean as I’d hoped. A little sandy, counter tops not wiped down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend to others.

Crescent Moon Stay

Our overall stay was fine. The home could have been cleaned a little better. Kitchen was outfitted ok, stove/oven worked really well. Spacious rooms thru-out, beds pretty comfy. Really enjoyed the large fenced in yard -we have one dog who enjoyed it as well :) Clarissa was great- very quick responder!!
