We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. We will not be present at the property but our local property managers are always available via the app or text if you have any questions or need assistance.
Please be aware that to keep the property in top condition, lawn care and hot tub water treatment are conducted weekly and may occur during your stay. We appreciate your accommodation of our service teams.

Hot Tub Rules:
1) Children MUST be supervised by an adult.
2) You assume responsibility for being of appropriate health and medical condition to safely use the hot tub.
3) No glass in or near hot tub.
4) No jumping or diving.
5) Hot tub cover has straps that lock – the key is on the fridge. Use the key to open – DO NOT CUT OR TEAR STRAPS
6) Cover hot tub when not in use – the willow tree sheds extensive leaves.
7) Cleaning and maintenance takes place on Thursdays – you MUST accommodate this for the cleaning and health of the hot tub.
8) Leave the hot tub in the condition you would like to find it as a guest.
9) Use the outdoor shower to rinse off before getting in the hot tub. No lotions, soaps, oils, etc. permitted to be worn in the hot tub.
IMPORTANT: These substances leave residue that cannot be treated with chemicals and can require the filter to be replaced and the water to be drained and re-filled to ensure sanitary use. THIS COMES AT A SIGNIFICANT COST BEYOND OUR NORMAL CLEANING/MAINTENANCE, and we do seek reimbursement from guests that cause us to incur this cost.
PARKING: Driveway can be utilized for 2 vehicles. Street parking is allowed within property boundaries.
GARAGE: Garage access is not provided to guests.
FISHING: All fishing wire MUST be disposed of in the trash. Loose wire in the yard gets caught in lawn mowers.
FURNITURE: Please do not rearrange furniture.
FOOD AND DRINK: Please, no eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
TOWELS: Please only use the navy and white striped towels outdoors. The beige towels should only be used for bathing/showering indoors.
FIREPLACE/CANDLES: No fireplace use, candles or other open flames permitted indoors, including the screened in porch.
LAWN CARE/HOT TUB SERVICE: Lawn care and treatment of hot tub water is conducted weekly and may take place during your stay. You must allow access in order to ensure the maintenance of property.
GARBAGE & RECYLING: Bins are stored on the concrete pad next to the garage. Trash pickup is every Wednesday and recycling pickup is every other Monday. If your stay coincides with these dates, please take the bins to the curb and/or bring them back from the curb.
GRILL: Please clean the grill after each use. Cover grill when not in use.
FIREPIT: You are responsible for supplying your own fire wood. Supervision is required at all times by a person 16 years of age or older.
