We are a family of 4 from Connecticut and Manhattan with 2 daughters in College. We bought the house about 12 years ago and enjoy spending time there when the house isn't rented. Though our kids are adults now, we love spending weekends and extended holidays there whenever possible. My husband and I love collecting antiques and there are some great places we love to visit in the various towns in the Hamptons where we have bought some very special things that we love sharing with our guests. Thus the house is not just a rental but a home that has been created for the past 12 years. We love improving the house whenever we get a chance!

Security Deposit $ (To Be Determined) (variable depending on length of lease) Utility Deposit: $ (To Be Determined) (variable depending on length of lease) Maintenance Deposit: $ (To Be Determined) (variable depending on length of lease) Tenant is responsible to pay utilities (electric, gas, hot water, etc.) as well as weekly maintenance fees (lawn and tennis maintenance). The sum payable depends on consumption/usage and will be deducted at end of lease term from utility deposit. Tenant pays level weekly base payment of $650 week which covers pool maintenance- 1 per week; tennis court maintenance -1 per month; lawn cutting -1 per week; grounds 4-6 hours per week; miscellaneous maintenance, water, basic cable, internet, local phone, garbage -1 per week. The remainder of the deposit shall go toward heating fuel, propane gas and electricity where tenant is billed separately. Tenant shall purchase and maintain tenant's insurance coverage on the Premises with hazard and liability coverage limited to no less than $500,000.00.
