"This cottage exceeds its description! It is easily the most artistic, charming vacation cottage I have ever rented. I never went to the nearby "public" beach, just donned my water shoes, climbed down the swim ladder, and was in heavenly salt water multiple times per day. New Suffolk is the chillest town, and the area is bursting with farm fresh produce and beautiful wine, fresh seafood, and glorious sights. The large deck hangs over the water, and immediately puts one at ease. Gathering here with friends, around the big outdoor table, watching the Wednesday boat race, has built unforgettable memories. The owner is very very responsive, and just wants us to all enjoy this work of art that she has created. There is one neighbor, but the rest of the view is open sky and salt water. I envy you if you rent this place, it is quirky, but in the most wonderful way. I will say, that it felt very spacious because of the large outdoor space. Books abound, and wild bunnies, Osprey, and all kinds of water birds can be spotted in this unspoiled location. The local restaurant, (one block away!) is wonderful for vegetarians and omnivores alike. For a special evening, do not miss North Fork Table and Inn."

  • Excellent, amazing stay tucked between bay and ocean

"Rented house for weekend with my family and a couple of my daughters' friends. House was amazing! First floor with wrap around deck held laundry area and 4 matching queen bedrooms with bathroom. Each bathroom has tub/shower combo. Beds were super comfy and rooms clean. Second floor held kitchen, half bath, dining area and living room. Wrap around deck was accessed from living room win breathtaking views and ocean sounds and breezes. Ate dinner on outdoor set or just lounged in Adirondack chairs. Third floor was the loft. Had a queen bed, queen futon and enough room for queen and twin air mattresses. Fans throughout home. Crosswalk for both bay and ocean was 5 minutes walk around the block. Absolutely NO complaints. Owner was wonderful. Super fast responses and helped where she could to make this weekend a life experience for my family. We swam and relaxed and even took the kayaks for a spin! Thanks again Brielle!!!"

  • Exactly what we hoped for

"My partner and I wanted to get away from the stresses of work and NYC, and with our new baby, we figured the Hamptons would be a quiet, good bet. Of the houses that we considered, this one was a bit out of the way, but still close to town, and we loved the layout, the finished and the pool. When we arrived, we caught our breath and went to bed -- when we woke up the next morning, we explored the place and indeed it was just as nice, if not nicer than we expected. Two bedrooms upstairs was more than we needed, and the deck area, the moderately stocked supplies and the heated pool were exactly what we needed to decompress. Needless to say, the 9 days we were in the house seemed to go by all too quickly. We invited some friends up one of the weekends, and with 3 bathrooms (one each in the upstairs bedrooms) it was comfortable and private. We will definitely be back next summer. The owner was terrific, and the few issues/questions we had were resolved almost immediately. I cant say enough about this wonderful home..."

  • Fantastic location and home

"This is the perfect home to enjoy beautiful New Suffolk beach! The deck is amazing for morning coffee and enjoying the boats the that go by in the evenings for a great sunset and BBQ! The beach is fantastic, especially with young children, my 8 year old swam all day long looking for shells, diving for "puffer fish" and playing on the beach with new friends she met during the day at the beach. Case's and Legends right around the corner and you are set with some dining options as well as wineries, Braun's and Love Lane all near by. The house has everything you need to make your vacation easy and memorable. Our family can't wait to go back next year!"
