When you step back into the house, check out our fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a window to the world. The farm house table seats 10+ and there are 4 rustic bar stools at the counter. Fresh mountain air will invite you outside to eat at the huge picnic table.

In the den, imagine yourself snuggling into the generous sectional couch with a good book, or grabbing a remote and watching something on the included Netflix subscription (Roku included on all TVs!).

Walk behind the 2 story stacked stone fireplace to get to the first master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, beautiful king sized, white pine bed, and private access to the deck. The master bath has everything you need including a Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, granite counter, tile floors and natural stone tile walk-in shower.

The second bedroom on the main level has a queen sized bed and a private entrance to a full bathroom--finished with granite and a tiled shower/bath combination.

When you look up to the vaulted ceiling, the log railing will invite you to check out the loft playroom. Here the kids will love the TV (Netflix and xBox included) and play space next to the bunk room furnished with 4 twin beds.

When you are ready, head downstairs to find the second master, another bedroom, another bathroom and the game room all with access to the expansive lower deck. This king master has a private sitting area and en-suite bathroom with a brushed stone tile shower and granite counters for the sink and vanity table. The other huge bedroom on this floor has 2 queen sized log beds and a flat screen TV.

The game room is made for hours of fun and includes a pool table ready for your tournament! Prefer a sit-down game? How about cards at the poker table? Maybe you brought DVDs, or you'd like to watch a movie on Netflix (don't forget it's included!)?

The bathroom on this level is new as of 2018 and includes granite counters and a walk in shower. This bathroom was a much needed addition as it is accessible from the entire house.

Make sure to save time for outdoor living. We have over 1,400 square feet of deck space where you will love being outdoors relaxing in the hammock, having a picnic or grilling your dinner. Don't forget to head down into the back yard, where you will find benches and a fire pit - perfect for making s’mores!

Where ever you go in our home you are going to feel welcomed, relaxed and pampered. No need to head to the store the minute you arrive--your beds are made, your towels are ready and we've got paper products and basic supplies there for you.

Note, the walkway from the driveway to the front door has only 3 stairs, so with two of the bedrooms on that main level it is ideal for people with limited mobility.

This is a small neighborhood with a large 2+ acre property which provides full privacy from neighbors without feeling isolated.

Our home is conveniently located off Hwy 105 and 4 miles to Boone, 7 miles to Blowing Rock, 6 miles to Appalachian Ski Mountain, 7 miles to Tweetsie Railroad, 12 miles to Hawksnest and about 15 miles to both Beech and Sugar Mountain with easy highway access to all. While 4WD is always recommended during winter months, it is not required for access to this home.

-- Occupancy is limited at all times to 14 people. No parties/gatherings, or additional house guests.
