Great location for enjoying Oceanside. Accommodations were excellent for our family of 9. Loved the large, open kitchen and living area. Beds were all super comfortable. Nice to have some beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella available to use on our beach days.

We loved our stay at this house in Oceanside! The house was amazing, and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. When we did have an issue, the host actually noticed it before we did and got it taken care of as quickly as he could. We really appreciated that. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome! VERY clean and welcoming. Jay was absolutely amazing to work with! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great night life as well. Parking gets a little full at night, but it has a huge two car garage connected to the house. I would highly recommend this spot!

My family and I stayed the weekend at this beautifully furnished Oceanside home. The host, Jay, was very prompt and polite in all communication. The home is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, main street and a 5 minute drive to Carlsbad. The beds were super comfortable, including the sofa sleepers. I would definitely rent this home again in the future!

Fabulous stay at this place! It had the cleanliness, parking options and proximity to beach, great restaurants, and shops. The A/c kept the house nice and cold downstairs in the bedrooms especially, which I am a big fan of. The house was stocked with everything you may need as a family, and then some. We were particularly grateful for the multiple pack'n'plays, highchair, plenty of dishes for all ages, and the easy use gate above the main staircase.Clear instructions and great communication!Overall 10/10! And I will be booking here again.

Great Beach side Family Fun

We booked a short staycation here and with our teenage son and had a great time. Location is central to the fun neighborhoods and restaurants of Oceanside and blocks from the beach. The amenities were great, everything was very clean. We had everything we needed and more! Will come back!

We loved our stay in Oceanside and this rental had everything needed. It was well stocked with spices and cooking necessities and even chairs, wagon and an umbrella for a beach day. My kids especially loved the foosball table and arcade game. It was difficult to pull them away from them at times. The beds were comfortable and even my daughter commented that the couch pull out bed was almost more comfortable than her bed at home. I did use the red light therapy in the sauna while I was there and it was a nice option to have. We would definitely stay her again if we ever come back to the Oceanside area.

This is an absolutely beautiful place. It’s in a great location with tons of great restaurants nearby. With each bedroom having an en-suite, no one is fighting for a bathroom. The beds are so comfortable and no expense was spared by the hosts in ensuring that guests have the best time! Highly recommend!!

Check in was seamless. Kitchen was spotless and had everything that was needed including children's utensils, plates and cups. Also 2 height chairs which was super nice as we had 2 kids that needed them.

Perfection

We had such a wonderful stay at Jay’s Property . His communication , the property , the location were absolutely perfect for our family’s needs. The property had EVERYTHING we could ask for and more. The location was phenomenal - we parked our cars and could walk everywhere. We hope to make this a yearly family tradition.
